It's clean, staff are nice. Wish there was like an actual line. It'd be nice to know if I'm cutting someone off or if I'm waiting behind someone like a total creep because I think they're in line.
Their bathrooms are clean.
Their hot foods are usually pretty alright. They've changed a little since the 7/11-speedway merger. Still good though. Tons of options for fountain beverages. Options for different hot coffee

I like the price but so many of the pumps don't work right. I had to go in because the pump wouldn't accept my payment card. Then the pump wouldn't print the receipt. This has happened to me several times at different pumps there.

Pump card reader wouldn’t work, so I moved to a different pump. When I started my new transaction I found the previous pump took my fuel discount I had and didn’t put it back on my rewards account. I went in to talk to the staff and I was told there was nothing they could do. I filled up anyway, went back in to request that they put a work order in to have the pump card reader fixed that stole my fuel discount and I was ignored and giggled at.

Poor customer service. Fire everyone and start over please. Too much socializing and not enough work. Worrying about stuff that don't have nothing to do with them and very rude. Please do better thank you!!!

It’s usually very busy not not busy at all, hit or miss. Located on Dixie Highway just south of Maybee road . They go back and forth with having the cheapest to most expensive in the area so I suggest using thier app to check prices. They do the speedy rewards 11cents off per gallon and credit card/debit card prices are the same as cash

Some of the worst customer service, the weekday morning girls are rude, always over socializing with each other then acting put out when they have to stop and help you. Carrying on conversations with other staff in the middle of transactions with customers is unprofessional and classless. If I could give zero stars I would.

Wish I could give zero stars. Credit card readers don’t work properly. Gas just trickles out and nozzles don’t auto stop as they should. Got diesel all over the side of my brand new truck. Will never go here again.

Trash gas station. Half of the card readers don't work and the gas price will randomly sky rocket insanely over other close gas stations!

The staff is pretty nice, always have low gas prices. But they're card readers at the pump never like to work. Should get those fixed.

Maybe I have been fortunate, but this Speedway location has been excellent each time I've stopped here! The gas prices are far more affordable than near my apartment (to be fair, gas prices in downtown and midtown Detroit are far more expensive than they need to be, but location, location, location, right?), the staff has always been friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the store has always been clean. The pumps usually work, and the ones that have any issues are clearly marked with what issues are occurring (whether the entire pump is out of service or if just the card reader at the pump is not functioning.) Also, they may just be the only location in the metro Detroit area that has zero sugar Baja Blast Mountain Dew stocked and available...which is a definite plus, if you are a caffeine fiend.
