I am a repeat customer. Each time I store office supplies and computers, I do so for years at a time. My last stay ran from 2018-2025. I've used both climate controlled and outdoor units, each with 24hr access so I was never inconvenienced. Now that I have a motion picture studio, I plan to return in the future to store larger set pieces and bulky lighting equipment. Being so close to I-75 makes it easy to get in and get out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly steady and consistent. I've dealt with Karen for many years and appreciated all the solutions she's provided. I highly recommend Clarkston Budget Storage!

The gas gauge was marked at 3/4 full however it was only 1/2 full. Now I am getting charged $57.95 for fuel that I didn’t use.

First you guys rent a truck that was not 100% safe to drive, second Brandon he is a liar and a scam. When I was on my way to drop the van off ,I told him about the problem and he said to drop the van off since I didn't use a lot of gas. Now I got the bill and of course they charged me for the gas. Again I told him that he told me to bring the van and not worry about filling the gas, and now they charge me . He's answer wasim sorry. Literally scamers.

Everything was great! We used a trailer to pick up some lawn equipment we were purchasing. Price was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and the trailer was easy to use. Highly recommend!

This location is awesome to deal with, and I don't think it has ever taken more than 10 minutes from arrival to trailer hookup. The trailers have always been clean, and it is obvious that they are well maintained. Don't change anything and your next customer will be happy.

I would give -5 if I could to this U-Haul. The truck obviously had front end problems that made it drift left when turning right. When advised to call roadside assistance from Karen the manager they never showed after making me wait for over an hour two different times on 2 different days. I had to drive the unsafe truck back instead of swapping for a safe truck. The roller ramp did not ever go down and the door to the truck wouldn’t stay all the way up. Karen the manager never apologized for the inconvenience and said I would have to take it up with corporate. What an awful company experience and a horrible manager.

We stored our belongings here when I was working abroad. Reasonably priced and easy to access. When we moved back to the states and needed to move to CA the staff were wonderful. We rented a truck and car hauler from them and they were accomodating, very helpful and very friendly. I highly reccomend this place.
