Mailed a box of gifts out of state, the young man who helped us, Chris, was very polite and helpful.
The other young man on the 1st register, was always snickering at us, laughing, as he walked by us, side eyeing at us, obviously trying to intentionally make my husband & I uncomfortable. He'd walk over to the other male employee, at the end register, and they'd both stare at my husband & I and laugh. (It was very bizarre behavior.) This happened on Tues May 27th.I would like to speak to the Manager/ Owner of his UPS Store to let them know of their employees childish & juvenile behavior towards their customers.

Shout out to Nathan great PR skills and so very kind to me. This location has hands down the best and most knowledgeable staff I have found.. As senior I am always treated with respect and kindness from all staff.. Great job everyone..Thank you so much

Terrible service. Nickle and dime you for every cent they can. Lots of lost or stolen packages. Save your self a lot of hassle and drive a few miles to anywhere else.

Place is God awful. I shipped a package on the 24th with a QR code. The 27th the package shows up at my doorstep. I run an eBay business and this is the 3rd time this location has messed up like this.
Don't do business with them. They are the worst. 3 times. You would think either the store manager needs a new job or whoever runs this place needs to do better training.

Jason had really poor customer service and he wanted us to pay for a Amazon return, we have never had too at any other store and we only stopped in because we were in the area, we will not be back.
