I made a passport appointment back in July and they cancelled on me the day after I booked the appointment and never reached out to tell me or give an explanation. I rebooked the appointment for a month later (earliest they could get me in) and the day of they called me 30 minutes before my appointment to cancel it saying they can't do passports at this time. They have wasted 2 months of my time and having to move my work schedule around just to end up sending me to a different location. Ridiculous.

I am giving this 1-star to highlight how absolutely cranky and rude the associate Mark is. The other primary two employees, a woman and another man, are absolutely stellar. They are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have no idea why Mark is always in a bad mood and does not treat customers kindly, it uncalled for. If I could rate the other two employees, 5/5 stars.
This office is more efficient and usually less busy than the nearby Waterford office.

I very don’t like Dave.he is rude and sarcastic .they very don’t care people’s feelings .And they are talking personal things in the public. Acted like he didn’t even want to do or be at this job. They talked me go to fedex instead .made my experience not enjoyable or did not felt welcome. What is professional?What is service staff for ?

I was there for my 1 year old baby's passport application and she was super cranky that day, she would not let Dave take picture, but both the staff I met Christine and Dave(he took my daughter's passport picture). Such an amazing and helpful staff with so much empathy and patience. Just made the transaction so smooth and helped me so much. I really appreciate their work and help because of them I was able to complete my transaction that day. What an amazing staff. I would highly recommend everyone if you happen to go to clarkston location meet this 2 gem working there for your transaction.

They were so helpful. The Waterford location where we had an appointment for today when we got there said it was canceled and said they called me. Which they did not. So they sent us to Clarkston. They had no problem helping us. Thank you so much Clarkston USPO !

The staff at the main post office and the annex are very helpful. I mailed a package but lost my receipt with the tracking number. The staff went above and beyond their normal duties to help me find the number.

Joslyn was so kind in handling the shipping of my passport renewal paperwork! She doubled check with me to make sure I am sending the right paperwork before letting me pay for the shipping. I was a bit taken back by the great service and made my day.

Not sure how a simple mailbox maintenance request could have turned into such a bad experience but here we are. The older guy working the front desk death stared me the entire time I was waiting, then proceeded to tell me USPS isn't holding my mail since "nobody knows I live there" even though I updated my address on the USPS website. He also was attempting to refuse the service request form by saying X, Y, and Z wasn't completed on the form without even looking at it (and the form was entirely filled out). Only after I talked to my actual mail person that I learned that man was incorrect and my mail WAS, in fact, being held at the annex. Yes, the customer service industry is tough, but your bad day shouldn't be others' problems.

Was very disappointed. This is my second encounter with mark and as soon as I saw him, I knew that it wasn’t going to be good as it wasn’t the first time around either. He was very rude, when I asked questions and asked for help he acted if I was an inconvenience for him. The first time I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt of maybe having a bad. But when I saw how he treated other customers and having it happen a second time it’s extremely disappointing.

My first time coming to this location, and first time getting my new mail box, was excited for the experience, I got an employee named (MARK) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, acted like he didn’t even want to do or be at his job, rude and sarcastic. Made my experience not enjoyable or did not felt welcomed at all. Acted snarky when I asked questions I wasn’t sure of and made me feel uneducated. When it is his job to be professional and help with the things he sees and deals with and has experience with on a daily basis. I will not be coming back to this location because of your employer MARK.
