The staff of this pharmacy is absolutely incompetent and not able to answer a simple question. Mr. P. does not listen and ignored completely what I said. He was not even able to remember what I said 1 minute ago and I repeated it at least 3 times. They should close this place or at least replace the staff.

This pharmacy is the worst. There is a problem every single time I need a script filled. When I called to ask why a script, ordered as a delivery for the next day, was still not to me two weeks later, I was told if I know anyone who wants to work there, I could send them in for a job. The staff has been incredibly rude, despite my many attempts to offer grace and be extra polite. I just can’t do it anymore. This location is, by far, the worst. I have been a pharmacy customer for years and am now switching.

Prescription almost always filled incorrectly. Always a battle to get my prescription filled the way the Dr writes it. Pharmacy acts like they know more than my Dr’s. Always long waits when it supposed to be ready

Worst place for prescriptions. All of walgreens are over a week back logged with getting in pain medication. If you have needs for pain meds, you are better off going to a different store than ant walgreens.

Worst pharmacy ever. Over 2 weeks back logged on getting pain medication. Was without medication for a week, then order didn't arrive, and the whole time they had partial fills they could have offered me. Got partial refill today, but taking all my business now to CVS. All walgreens are on back order, you are better off going somewhere else. This occurrence is one of many, and to be denied and strung along that long, I am fed up. Better off going to CVS. All walgreens are on back order.

ATM hasn't worked in a year. The pharmacy drive thru doesn't work. There's currently no manager for the pharmacy. The pharmacy computer system is so outdated it causes problems but they're not getting a response back from the company on anything getting fixed. How is this store supposed to operate like that? Changing pharmacies. I feel bad for the employees working in such difficult situations. Shame on you walgreens.

Pharmist literally lied to me about not having a prescription in stock. Has been going on for 2 weeks now, then proceeded to fillsomeone’s else’s prescription of the same thing the same day I called about it. Terrible service, will not be returning

This is the worst pharmacy that I’ve ever been to. I had to ask them 4x to teenager my prescriptions from CVS, terrible management and some of the pharmacy employees have terrible attitudes. The only reason I like it is for convenience (drive through).

Horrible service over the phone they could not get off the phone fast enough. I’m trying to get medicine for my sick child. If your that short staffed get help! I got better service with Kroger pharmacy which is usually awful too. Thanks for not helping.

Never had any issues with any staff at this location and I go almost daily for all types of items. Maybe some entitled people of this generation walk in with an attitude and these employees are tired of it. Just because everyone gets a trophy doesn't mean you're winners. Lol great location and wonderful staff.

Stppped by on 1/7/23. The pharm tech who "waited" on me was not helpful and a smart**. Long story short, she didn't bother to take a couple of extra steps to check the system to get my prescription carrier's info. Instead, she twice asked me if I had the actual card, which I did not; I only had a digital copy of my medical card, which had the Rx carrier's name. I did not get an rx card. When I pointed out that it was on the card, she said she could see that and was a little snide.I had no problem getting a prescription at another Walgreens two days ago, so I called that location and they were able to find the provider's info.To the tech with the blue/aqua-tinted hair: have the week you deserve (or don't).

As a Physician and customer, I regret the day our family transferred the prescriptions to this Walgreens.Multiple times they are out of stock on medications, and when they are in, they fail to contact me.I have never had so many issues with insurance at the previous pharmacy. They are not the nicest, and the pharmacist, the ship's captain, refuses to intervene. It is a joke.I am in the process of having all our Rx transferred to another place.
