I reached out to Arcadia lending to weigh my options for first time home buyer. An agent named Trevor assisted me and told me what documents I needed to upload. After uploading the required documentation, I heard nothing back from this company. Two weeks has gone by, and still no contact to see what they needed me to do next. So I’m assuming they are not interested in my business, however, this is a representation of the integrity of Arcadia Lending. I do judge books by their cover because I want to know what I’m getting into. Will not be continuing with this company now or in the future.

Just received a call from Trevor and honestly it was just a terrible experience. I’m currently in the pre-qual stage and granted, I have some work to do but I am looking to connect with a lender that will help me get my home and that I enjoy working with. Unfortunately I don’t think this is the place. I was being talked at and essentially talked down to for most of the conversation. It was just so unpleasant. Finally I told him, “based on the conversation and how you’re speaking to me I don’t think I’d like to work with you.” He responded by saying, in so many words, “well it sounds like you already know EVERYTHING so good luck” and then hung up on me. It was condescending, rude and unnecessary. I don’t want work with anyone who throws a temper tantrum when they’re told “No”. So embarrassing.

Mortgage Loan Process was a Fantastic ExperienceMy wife and I are extremely happy with our recent home purchase in North Georgia and it’s all Thanks to Edward “Ed” Zuzindlak, with Arcadia Lending. Ed was extremely knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the mortgage industry and the lending process. He was also very personable and caring. He listened to what I had to say regarding our current situation, what we were trying to accomplish, in moving from one state to another, and what I was looking for in terms of a mortgage. Ed worked with several mortgage lenders which provided different types of mortgage products. He took the time to describe in detail the various options available and completely answered all my questions. The staff working with Ed at Arcadia Lending was extremely helpful and caring. They made the entire process of providing my financial information very easy. They took the time to explain every step along the way so there was no confusion, no questions left unanswered.

As first time homebuyers, the process was very intimidating and confusing at times. We bought a house without a realtor (which was very scary) and David Graciak basically took on that role for us and helped guide us through the entire home buying process. We couldn't be more grateful! David was always willing to jump on a call to answer any questions or concerns that we had and would always be available to us any time we needed him. I can't recommend him enough!

Every once in a while, a business comes along that stands head and shoulders above its competition and re-instills faith in you that good customer service is not dead. Arcadia is one such business for me.I did not have high hopes in completing a refi due to my particular situation, but I emailed Mike anyway. He found a way to make it happen. And the best part? It was relatively painless for me. I was dreading the experience, but Mike and his staff took on most of the work, and at the end of the day, I was able to meet every one of the goals I wanted to accomplish with a refinance: A reduced rate; a shorter term; a consolidation of multiple loans from multiple mortgage companies and removal of individuals from liens. All were accomplished.And I love that Arcadia is a family-owned, local business that I can support!Mike, Stephanie and the entire staff at Arcadia are professional, skilled and go out of their way to provide that personal touch that seems to be lost in customer service today.If I ever need mortgage services again, Arcadia will the first place to which I turn.
