These guys finished the job in record time and did an amazing job. So professional and so great to deal with. No issues whatsoever. Got a back door scratched up on my 2019 Terrain by someone who parked next to me and opened their door without paying attention. Called Cass, got a quote, sent it over to the person's insurance and that side of the car looks good as new. If I ever have another issue, I'll definitely go here.

The customer service n the work is great! They're friendly, courteous, helpful and will work with u. It may be located far for some people, but the service is well worth the drive.

Poor communication and customer service.Dropped my vehicle off with minor damage. This shop kept my vehicle for two weeks without performing any sort of work on it because they were still waiting on some parts. I paid two weeks for a rental car when I could have been driving my own car.They did not reach out to me at all and state that they were waiting on parts. If I did not call them two weeks after I dropped my vehicle off to check on my vehicle’s status, my vehicle may still just be standing at their shop for no reason.Very unprofessional communication! I ended up going to a different body shop to get my vehicle fixed.

Took my car twice there after Clawson Collison worked on my car following an accident. They worked on rear passenger door. After repairs, it was making a lot of rattling noise. After 2 trips, it is still doing the same thing though they told me that they found a nut in the bottom of the door. I gave up on them to make it right!

My husband and I are so happy with Cass Collision! Our Chevy Traverse was in a hit and run last July, and we contacted Cass Collision a couple months ago for service. They were very professional, and courteous with all of our questions. We took it in for a time estimate, and we got one for 7-8 working days. It took about 9, because they had to wait for some glass to get replaced but it’s not a big deal. You can’t even tell the car was hit! Bob called me with updates and we had no trouble with the process. Do not hesitate to reach out to them for service. Highly recommended!Services: Body & Trim
