The CVS Pharmacy at 14 \\u0026 Crooks has reduced hours of operation that aren’t conducive to my schedule. Rite Aid across the street has much broader hours of operation.

Uneducated pharmacy personnel, inept, inexcusable medication lengths of time for refills. For those of us who require 18 gauge size syringe needles, and have been purchasing them from CVS....they now say they cannot get them from their supplier.Be advised that Amazon sells a box of 100, delivered to your doorstep within 3 days for less than fifteen bucks.

For most of the items you are looking for, you can find them at this store. I'd highly recommend this store to everyone. Employees are always willing to help if you have any questions or concerns regarding products or services.

The store is TERRIFIC with friendly workers, the pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I have had so many minor issues but this time was worst. They had an automated message call and wake me up telling me a prescription needed to be picked up in 5 days. They put me on auto refill without my consent and the last 3x they refilled it. Trying to be nice, I took the first 2, and went inside each time to tell them to STOP all auto-renewals. This 3rd time I went inside again and told them I was refusing the refill and explained my frustration and again to please cancel all auto refills and she said she would until this Sunday morning’s early morning call. It closed by saying if I needed help to call their pharmacy number which I did and it answered that the pharmacy was closed! They call early Sunday morning an hour before the pharmacy opens! I finally reached the pharmacist who could have cared less. I am switching to Walgreens that is an extra mile to drive but worth it. Previous to this last straw, they also were hounding me to take double refills…I figured to save labor but not sure why and just kept refusing. FYI. UGH!!!

I came to this CVS to get a couple of food items since GORDONS across the street was closed due to New Years3Eve just to be followed by an employee there who had long hair like a woman with weird, dark sunglasses on (while in store) maybe Caucasian or Asian hard to tell with masks. He pretended to move around items on shelves as if he was straightening them..I wonder why he only chose the isle I was in to do that and none other than that one. Definitely will be going to RITE AID across the street for now on

Had 2 appointments for covid testing. The lady called my twice during work then texted me asking if I can come in early without any reasoning. If I make an appointment at a certain time that’s the only time I can come. I told her I’m coming in with a different appointment. I come I was running late, so you’re going to call me twice during my shift at work but when I’m running late there’s nothing? By the time I got there she said she can only take 1 person. You couldn’t call me to tell me that? I was rushing there. I was rushing there Because you kept calling me and asking if I can come earlier. And when I asked her why she kept calling me she tried to blame it on the traffic. But we came from the way there was no construction and no traffic! I think she just wanted to leave early. Also she never explained why she couldn’t take my other person. She just was rushing the appointment. It was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I’m extremely disappointed at how they run things here when it comes to covid and extremely disappointed in cvs pharmacy.

The people are nice, the clinic has been helpful, I find what I need no problem. I'm surprised at the negative reviews, I only had one issue waiting 15+ minutes at drive thru because the bell was broken. Otherwise I like this location it has been helpful to me.

It is so exhausting that this pharmacy can not get a single prescription ready efficiently. First, their new app was refilling my prescriptions too early and my insurance was having a fit. Second, and very disconcerting, is that every single time we need antibiotics - you almost have to call before you go to pick it up unless you want to wait 30 minutes. Doesn't matter if the prescription was called A whole day earlier, they will first tell you they either did not get it or that they just received the order (again, even if it was called in a day earlier). I've literally had it up to my eyeballs with the ineptitude and I'm looking for a new pharmacy ASAP.

Called pharmacy with a question about a Pharmacy Savings Card I was given in my physician's office today. After being on hold for over 13+ minutes and repeatedly hearing "Generic Harry' come on about every 10 seconds repeating that a pharmacist would be with me "momentarily", I hung up! I have gotten my prescriptions at Kroger for over 15 years and a pharmacist or tech has always answered.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. I order photos online and went to pick them up the next day. They tried to charge me $8 more than my online receipt stated. Finally after about ten minutes they figured it out and charged me the correct amount. Drive thru is VERY slow. I recommend going to another drug store.

This review is for the MinuteClinic inside CVS. After having strep throat for a week and not being able to clear it on my own, I finally caved to antibiotics. My doctors office couldn't see me for a week (wtf?!) so I found this place. I was very pleased with the whole experience. They accept most insurance providers. My visit had no copay so nothing out of pocket for me. They can do routine physicals, provide immunizations, prescribe antibiotics and other non emergency care. They can see adults and children too. The big plus for me are their weekend hours so when my little ones are ill on the weekend, I don't have to drag them to an urgent care or wait for Monday. You can check online for wait times since it's a first come, first serve for appointments. The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was very friendly too. I loved it and will be using them again in the future if I need non emergency medical care.

They have a problem with their frozen foods refrigeration and this is the fourth half-gallon of ice cream that I bought that's been melted and then refrozen and it's all icy and hard even on the bottom. I keep going back to the CVS because this is where my prescriptions are, but I'm going to transfer them across the street to Rite Aid because I want to be able to buy a half-gallon of ice cream when I want it and not have a tub of melted ice --wasted money!

I am disappointed at the service here. Issue #1 wait time: The line is always long but I guess it would be with only one cashier up front and two others stocking the floor. I am certain that candy and chocolates can wait to be put on the shelf, after all the store is full of candy. Issue #2 consistently having to check my receipt. My card number wouldn't work the first initial time and when I typed it up a second time the cashier says it went through. I looked at the total to let her know the discount did not reflect and she said well it already rung up and there is a line. What in the h*ll is wrong with this store location! Issue #3 I went in to pick up Gatorade for dehydration from flu and popsicles and the freezer had ice cream only with all this ice covering it that was freezer burned but not one popsicle in site. The floors are dirty and refrigerators also. Needless to say I returned my stuff and walked out. This location will no longer receive my business. Rite aid is across the street and was much friendlier.

Best CVS around! I frequently shop this location. They have great employees!
