I had the best experience dealing with Gerber collision shop. The lady (I forgot her name) was so nice and helpful. When I got my car back it was so clean. Inside and out. Communication on when my car would be finished was great. šš»

I took my Honda CRV here after it was in a crash. Gerber Collision did a great job on their end to deal with insurance and help me get the rental car. During the repair process, they communicated very well and gave me frequent updates. My vehicle drives great, and you can't even tell it was in a crash. I would go here again if I needed another collision repair.

Took my truck in several months ago for a new front bumper and paint. I don't normally write reviews, but I will for this Gerber location. The staff was great, extremely helpful and transparent the entire time. Hopefully I won't need to go back, but they would be first on my list if I ever had damage on my truck again!

Natalie and Jesse as well as the rest of the Gerber family were amazing! Frequent updates so I was never left unsure about when I would get my car back, and I even got it back a week or so early. I actually had a lot more trouble with my insurance company, and they were so patient in helping me work that out.

Gerber Collision & Glass deserves 10/10 stars. My experience with them was nothing short of amazing! Natalie at the front treated me like family and kept me updated through the entire process of my car repairs. She and the team assisted in getting a rental and made the process run so smoothly! I could not recommend them more!

The repair work was well done and Iām happy with the quality of work. I think things took a little longer than promised because they required an external vendor to complete some of the work and they didnāt complete on time. This is why 4 instead of 5 stars.
The team is very friendly and frequently communicates with you (even if the communication is āstill waiting on partsā).
We did have some issues with unfulfilled promises made by staff but Kyle made it right which shows their commitment to their customers. You donāt find a lot of places willing to make things right so Iām very happy with the service I received.

I decided to edit my post as the original was based on my initial impression. I still feel they're a solid four stars and this is coming from a former collision repair guy. Its apparent they're focused on the customer service satisfaction. If I had a question they were prompt and timely to respond. The location is compact and difficult to find parking. The entrance is was less intuitive to find from the main road. While a majority of the services provided are on site, they are still reliant on external vendors to do specialized work, e.g., calibrations. Completion of the project was a lot longer than anticipated and it would have been nice to have a better understanding of this going in. Its my understanding that supply chain issues created numerous delays (and our car isn't high end) in parts availability. Just ask clear questions up front. And lastly the insurance company and Gerber seemed to work very well together. Overall my wife and I were pleased. Hopefully in the future they could provide a shuttle service, as that was the only hiccup we encountered to and from. Otherwise, we're still quite happy with the services rendered. Thank you Gerber.

I dropped my Chevy Trax off to get my rear end repaired after someone hit my car in a parking lot. From the first day it was an incredible experience, not only was everyone clear with what was happening but I had no issues with them communicating with my insurance or Enterprise. Everyone was very efficient, kind and helpful. I got my car back shockingly fast which made me nervous at first but after seeing it in person you canāt even tell someone hit it. They do great work here!
A special thank you to Natalie for going the extra mile when it came to picking up my car with my crazy work schedule on top of keeping clear communication and just being a lovely person all together! GIVE HER A RAISE!!! :)

Amazing, professional, and friendly staff. Called me with updates every two days and make you feel so welcomed and cared for. Great experience all around. Honest group of people, and trustworthy with your car. All the gerbers Iāve been to in this area have been great to work with but especially this location.
