What a store! This place looks unassuming from the outside, but it's a treasure trove on the inside. Board games, tabletop RPG books, comic books, all that kind of stuff. The building is big and packed wall to wall with everything you could want.Staff was also very kind and helpful.Fully recommend checking this place out!

One of the best selections of board games in the state. Great variety and the ability to do consignments. I wish I lived closer so I could be there more often.

I went looking for specific items, but they were not in stock. Overall a great place to go and look around. The website could use a bit of an overhaul as it was very difficult for me to navigate. Store atmosphere and knowledge of employees is amazing!

Excellent resource for both newer games and a treasure trove of older/discontinued items. Best rpg store around this part of Muchigan. Nothing at all where I live (by Adrian), but was willing to make the hour and a half drive just to visit again.

Large space- huge array of comics, games, collectibles.Staff seemed disorganized though.Store is well kept but has a feel of a space that’s been around for too long. Clean but old.

Great place to pick up board games and other n*** things. Big open room for playing games, though we haven't been there for that yet. Staff was great to work with and very personable. Prices are a bit above Amazon, but it's supporting local business, so it's worth it to me.

My favorite game store. I only wish more games were kept up to date as far as restocking titles, especially local companies like Palladium Games. Seems like every game store ONLY focuses on D&D, which of course sells well, but there is now a much larger market for other games as well, especially various retro clones of old editions (DCC comes to mind) and companies that have been around for years like Palladium. That said, these guys do a much better job of re-stock than most.

Customer Service: The staff that work there are acceptable, though, often the interaction is focused on whether you're a rewards member or not, and whether they can sign you up. I have a membership, however, I don't see sufficient value in their incentive programs to participate. Customer Service has always been more of a detriment to my returns (of which I have still made many).Inventory: If you're looking for a board game, they will almost certainly have it. If you're into Games Workshop's core games and products, and accept the "Iron Price," you will find something here. Comic books and trades appear to be a dwindling category, however, this could be a matter of opinion as I do not know how they run their FoC/Ordering/Pull Service. They charge tax on new comics, which is a technicality they will argue every chance they get, so I never purchase single issues/floppies here. They also sell Magic: the Gathering sealed product, and appear to sell singles as well, though I have no experience with them in that space, to speak on.They also have a variety of puzzles, anime and comic sculptures/art, dice and random games.Appearance: The store is always clean and apparently organized. The interior is well lit and product placement is mostly conducive to each product category, with little overlap. This makes it easy to focus your outing toward your preferences and invites exploring into the other areas of the store, without overwhelming or distracting.Gaming Space: I don't play here, but this store has a large, open gaming space that gets significant traffic. They also have a large library of demo games that look to be free-to-play, though I cannot confirm this. This does appear to be a major draw for regular customers.

My favorite place for boardgames! Free game room with tons of space and nice clean tables. No outside food, but some is buyable inside.

People are very nice and helpful here. The place is huge and selection of board games and comics are great. Everytime we go here they treat my 15 year old son as an adult customer which I really appreciate and respect. I just really enjoy being in the store and looking around even if I'm not buying something. Great place for Games Workshop models as well. Plus used board game section is larger and varied. Also LOVE their used RPG section. Lots of gems there from 80s and 90s.

This place has a serious collection of games. They had a huge seperate room where a large amount of people were at tables set up for gaming. Nice selection of comics. Which is what I was there for. Found a stack of ones I needed to fill up some series I have been working on. All their comics are available online and need to be removed from their system at time of purchase. So the checkout process is a little cumbersome. I dug through comics for a couple hours. Halfway through I took a stack to the counter so they could be rung up to save time and went back to digging. Two employees were available to ring up customers so that was nice. Overhead them making suggestions to customers about different types of games that were similar to ones they had played before. Staff appeared to be knowledgeable and well versed in the products they sell. They had all types of Pokémon and Magic type cards for sale. Comics were roughly alphabetized and separated by publisher, or some by genre, franchise movie related, kids section, new books as well, collected sets, and such. Not a huge selection of high dollar keys. But a large number of books were below FMV and what you would pay online.

Guild of Blades has one of the biggest collections of games I've ever seen in a store! It is truly a fun store where you can bring the whole family or a group of friends to play one of the many, many games for an afternoon.
