I ordered a veggie on wheat, when I got home. It was a veggie wrapped in lettuce.. I travel back to the store. They gave me a veggie on wheat Neither veggie sandwich or wrap had avocado. I traveled from six and in Rollo to 14 and crooks to return very dissatisfied.

This is the worst tuna sub I’ve about ever had!! And it is all mushy and gross, I could have enjoyed tuna straight out of the can more. Terrible!! Shame on you JJ!!!

Asked for a light correction for my online order that was neglected, when I went to hand the order back, I was met with "You can't place that there, for future reference!" despite standing right in front of him, just on the other side of the counter. Have you, and your staff read order directions more carefully, for future reference. ?

The bathroom urinal was cleaner than the Kitchen Counters. Witnessed the staff Member pick his Nose then place his hand in the pickle tray. Despicable.

I saw a furry at this place which in itself is strange for the workplace. But when I got my food there was hair all in it. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Im not sure of the delivery driver’s name however he drives a silver vehicle. Every time I’ve ordered delivery, this gentleman goes above and beyond. Absolutely fantastic service and extremely courteous.

3rd time that I have placed my order and beeb called and told me they were unable to deliver my order and needed to cancel it. If this store consistently doesn't have the ability to deliver, why is the option available to place an order for delivery? Completely ridiculous that this is a reoccurring issue that has not been resolved even after being previously addressed. If you know you won't have drivers DO NOT give the ability to place delivery orders. Not freaky fast and not good customer service or retention. ?

Dear JJ Owner @14 Mile & Clawson,I come to your store 3-4x per week and always order through the JJs App (Smooth process). I went to pick up a Gargantuan Sandwich like usual and it wasn’t at the table pick up; I then ask the individual wearing 2-KN 95 masks where my order is because it stated Done✔️ in the app. Individual then told me I need to sign a piece of paper ? (Tip sheet) I said why because I paid using Apple Pay and their response was well we need you to sign this for a HIGHER tip…… you have literally lost me as a customer and these egregious tip tactics are out of control and morally shameful…..

Sub was pretty good. The bun they use is top notch. The service was friendly, but felt rushed. There was no one else in the restaurant, but the young lady taking my order seemed like she was in a hurry to do something else, but she was not rude at all. I would return here.

I ordered for delivery at 3:03pm, it was marked as delivered at 3:41pm - however my order has still not been delivered and it is 3:56pm as I write this. To preface, I am 2 miles from the Clawson Jimmy Johns- I am tied up with work today and 8 months pregnant which is the ONLY reason I did not go get this myself. I called the store and said my order was marked as delivered but it has definitely not been. The manager was on the phone and told me it just left the store. I said it has been almost an hour and it is marked as delivered, why is this? She advised the time that I said on the tracker when they received the order which displayed 3:03pm, was not until 3:11pm. Not sure why she felt the need to correct me, it is their tracker I am looking at I was not making this up and 8 minutes makes what sort of difference, what point was she trying to prove by correcting me? It is now 4pm as I am still writing this and my order is STILL not here. This store is NOT "freaky fast" nor do they have any empathy when they have left a customer hanging for this long. I will not be ordering from here again. Very VERY poor customer service. I attached my Jimmy Tracker for reference since the MANAGER challenged me on that for I am not sure what reason or point she was trying to make.
