I use this laundry when I need to wash comforters that are too big for home machines. This laundry has several huge washers and dryers. They are really convenient to use. The entire space is extra clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There used to be a small lounge area that was nice to use, unfortunately that is no longer available.

This is the only palace I've ever been in, and I have a feeling other palaces don't have laundry machines or delicious candy dispensers.
The staff is great, there's a ton of fun stuff to do in downtown Clawson while you wait for your clothes to dry, and they have an ATM machine that suddenly switches to Chinese as it's connecting to the Internet, lol. What more could you want? It's awesome. Love this place!

I have been taking my clothes here for over 11 years. When inflation happened and this place raised the price of the medium sized washing machines from $5.00 to $5.75 and then to $6.75, I experimented with taking my clothes to a further away laundromat, but I couldn't find a cheaper or better alternative laundromat. My clothes seem to smell ok after they come out of the washing machines here. I take all my clothes back to my apartment wet and hang them up to air-dry because i am hoping this will make them last longer. But I recently I put a winter coat in a dryer here for 6 minutes and one quarter, just to fluff it up after running it through a small washing machine. But I have a dehumidifier and fans.

I’ve been to many laundromats and this is the one worth driving for. No frills. Helpful staff. Lots of machine options.

Paid $15 for two washing machines and each machine dispensed only cold water washes even though the settings were on hot. Every machine in the house is the same way, none of them had hot water. they are making a lot of money off people by dispensing cold water in their washing machines only.

They don't put enough water in the washers to actually clean your clothes. I know these are supposed to be low water wash, but that doesn't mean no water wash. I got my clothing out and some of it was bone dry and still completely dirty. The attendant told me no one has ever had this problem before (???), and there was no error code so there was nothing they could do about it.also, the owner 'might' call me back if I left my number. I've been coming here two years, time for a new laundromat for me!

I am picky super clean. The laundry palace is 100%the best ever! Pick up an delivery always perfect. Everything comes back like brand new. Love this palace

Great laundromat! The only downside is how expensive it has gotten overtime. Friendly and helpful staff is a plus and it is clean!!

They provided excellent service and my clothes nicely washed. Over $150 was in my pockets that I forgot about. It was put in an envelope w my clothes pickup. 110% recommend.

reasonably priced machines
good number of giant washers and dryers, so you don't have to take up 12 machines at once
