Every time I get a wash for my Chrysler Pacifica the car wash pushes my passenger side mirror in and then I must roll the window down to push it back out. Leaving wet streaks on my window.
This is the reason for my 3 star rating.

Hey Paul's! We've been members for many years. You may want to check your wheel cleaner machines. I think one must be new because we never had this problem before. I just went though the wash in my wife's Expedition and heard a loud bang on the driver front towards the beginning. I checked when I got out and something smoked the running board, causing some good damage.

The staff is always friendly and they take care to make sure that your car is “pre cleaned” before going through the car wash. I have a monthly subscription for $19.99 and I get my car washed about 2 -3 times per week. Well worth the price! I go to both locations. I have been a member for about 10 years. Ron, the manager, is great!

I've tried all of the car washes in the area. Others have missed spots all over. Bugs stuck to the paint and windshield after going through. Not Paul's. I've been a monthly member since memberships started. Been going there for over a decade. It doesn't take much to disappoint me at a car wash. They upgrade often and have great equipment that does the job. They spray and scrub the spots that need attention before you go through. I like that they don't have towel dryers that you're obligated to tip at the end. I'd rather use my own microfiber towel that I know doesn't have dirt from the 10 cars they dried in front of mine. The tire shine applicator works great. It will fling on the car for the ride home. A 5 min wipe down when you get home will have your car or truck looking A-1 for days. Highly recommend. I only wish they had more locations so I don't have to drive out of my way to go there.
