I've been to this Pep Boys location twice and I've been treated right twice. My wife has a tendency to flatten her tires and these folks always set her car straight in a reasonable amount of time.

Chet and the guys at PEP boys in clawson are AMAZING! Hands down the best place to go for tires, repairs etc. Chet and his guys will take great care of you. This is my go to spot! Thanks Pep boys for always fast, friendly service! I drive far to go here :)

They got me in asap, found the tires I needed, and shipped them on the same day. They literally arrived at the shop when I did. Great desk worker (I forgot his name). The next day, I went in for a front-end alignment at a dealership. As I got out of my truck, 2 lugs nuts fell off from 2 tires. The writer called me out to my truck and pointed it out. Only one tire was secured 100%. I will use them again, but I will be checking all my lug nuts before I get in my truck next time.

Have been taking all my vehicles here for over 25 years starting with Phil Cavils and now called Pep Boys. Pep Boys has made the experience far better with on-line scheduling of appointments and text follow ups from when the appointment was created to when your vehicle is ready. Also, big bonus open to 7pm (others close at 5pm so you need to take off work) and Saturday appointments. Excellent service with great pricing. My place for all my vehicle work!

Very rude workers I pulled up to have my car looked at two men were present with no one ahead of me one was on his phone didn’t acknowledge at all if I needed help and the other man kept looking at me it took for the manager to notice what was going on and he literally had to beg one of the workers to help me , I will not return.

DO NOT go here. Ordered 2 tires online, drove to my appointment on a true that’s about to blow, showed up for my appointment on time, they tell me I am on the schedule, but the tires I ordered are not there. They have no way to track where they and say they can’t tell what tires I even ordered. Would’ve been nice to know this before I took time off work and drove to their location on a bad tire. Their answer is to call Pep Boys….while I’m standing in their lobby, after taking time off work to show up for a scheduled appointment. After 27 minutes on the phone with their 800# customer service, while I’m waiting in their lobby with no one helping me, I just cancelled my order. I asked numerous times to speak to a manager to no avail. As a business owner, I would want to know that my customers are having an experience like this. Unfortunately, they would not put me in contact with one.

Made an appointment to fix a slow leak in my tire, they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes despite my arrival ing pretty early for my requested time. Nice jobs fellas, clean waiting area and fast service!

Flat tire fix. Was able to make the appointment online. Got in on time and the tire was fixed within a few minutes. Was a great experience. Will definitely use them again.

Good service, competitive prices. The waiting room is pretty bleak (not even water available), so you might want to drop off your car and come back later. I've booked two appointments online, and neither one was in the system when I arrived.

Went in for tire rotation and oil change. They changed the oil and didn't rotate the tires. The tires were far overdue to be rotated.
