Really happy with my training sessions with Mike! He has a great comprehensive approach to fitness that encompasses strength training, nutrition expertise, and invaluable workout planning.He is really great about taking feedback, structuring, and individualizing sessions to make each workout intense and effective. I've really benefited from his expertise and knowledge. The equipment is well maintained and everyone I've met have been super friendly and welcoming, highly recommended!!

I love Twyfit. I just started coming here for "girls that curl" twice a week about a month ago, and am already feeling so much stronger and better about myself. The owner, Mike, and all the trainers are amazing. Ally trains my "girls that curl" team and she is attentive and thoughtful. I enjoy my workout and always feel exhausted when it's over. They also have an optional Saturday morning HIIT class that is always tough and a great workout. I plan on continuing to come to these classes for years to come.

Twyfit is the best! I have never felt more welcome and comfortable in a gym. Both Ally and Mike are amazing trainers and I can't recommend the Girls that Curl program enough - I really wish I would have started sooner.

Walking into a gym for the first time is intimidating. Making that walk after you've failed time and again at gyms is even more difficult. Michael Twydell made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped in. He explained the different services he offered and worked with me to make a plan. My personal trainer is the amazing Keith. During our first session, he took note of physical limitations that have plagued me since having back surgery. He didn't bat an eye, just launched in to the strength training. I've spent 30 years in the customer service industry and I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to taking care of your client. TwyFit sets the gold standard in client care. Awesome small gym. Very welcoming and exercises can be customized to fit your needs. The trainers are attentive and mix up the routines so it’s never monotonous. The girls that curl program is super supportive, challenging, and fun. Don’t hesitate to join, it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself!

I am 65 and in good health, but had major muscle atrophy on my body's left side from an auto accident in 1974. I wish I had found Twyfit earlier. I've been working with Mike for 4 months now and it has been a game changer for me. I'm looking and feeling more balanced, increased muscle mass and strength. I highly recommend this gym and the trainers.

Mike is awesome, not only is he a personal trainer but a friend and educator to all! I highly suggest this practice as Mike has exceeded expectations, provided proper correction to my form while doing the personalized work outs created for me, answered all my questions about nutrition and the added bonus is that he has been doing personal training for over 20 years! I’m so glad with my package so far with Mike and I cannot wait for my next session!Ps he actually makes working out fun!!!

Michael Twydell is an excellent personal trainer. He takes into account your specfic issues and goals. He pushes you just the right amount, and gives lots of encouragement and motivation. I didn't want a cookie cutter workout. Michael has tailored our program with my age, health history, and personal goals in mind. I'm so glad I choose Twyfit and personal training with Michael!

I am a person who historically starts an exercise program but doesn't stick with it. The TwyFit Girls that Curl is the only program I've stuck with. I've been with the program now for four continuous years now & I love it! TwyFit is a very friendly, warm, & fun place to work out. All the women are at all levels of fitness & a variety of ages. Everyone really supports each other, & the trainers are very knowledgeable & caring. If you're thinking about starting a program, I highly recommend TwyFit.

I heard about the Girls that Curl training program a few years ago and decided to finally give it a try. I am 10 months post-partum and needed to do something healthy for myself. Joining Twyfit has been amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the program is at a convenient time so I don't have to worry about child care. Allie is my trainer and she is the best! Very motivating, knowledgeable, corrects form, and has the best musical playlists! Since joining two months ago I have made new friends, gained strength, am down to my pre-baby weight and have felt better mentally. Thank you Allie and Mike!

I’ve been a member of the TwyFit family for 2 years now and will NEVER leave! From greeting you EVERY morning with a smile, to waving you off for the day when class is over, Mike and his entire staff are very welcoming and encouraging. Going to some of the other gyms can feel overwhelming and daunting but TwyFit really caters to YOUR needs. No egos, no judgement, no complacency – my trainer Ally keeps us on our toes and challenges us weekly. Not only do we build strength and muscle here, but the unexpected friendships and relationships are an added bonus ? I love being part of this fun gym community and highly recommend!

I was super nervous to come here as finding a gym that's welcoming to plus size out of shape women was rough. Allie has met me where I'm at and the entire classes is encouraging. Highly recommend.
