So happy I recently moved out of Clawson to Royal Oak, because Clawson P.O. is the most rudest postal staff I have ever come across! There's only one very nice man who is at times - is at the counter, refreshing change because he's so nice and helpful. The woman who work the counter, all but one, are extremely unfriendly and act as if you're putting them out asking a simple question and one older lady always looks absolutely miserable and never smiles! The P.O. is far to small, long lines always with one staff member at the counter! Not well stocked with shipping products customers need! Clawson P.O you should and hopefully will do so much better! Stop acting like the customers are an inconvenience! Do your job!!

While following mfg directions, i attempted to return 2 items w/ same QR code (having never done this). A very rude woman wearing a hijab was manning the desk. She was very unkind & overall nasty when she said they were packaged wrong. It escalated from there. If she had been less rude from the start, i would have been calmer. She clearly doesn’t belong in a service job. As a former Clawson resident, i used to love this office. Not anymore!!!

Love the small community feel and employees at this location. But it is the absolute worst location to have a P.O Box with because their lobby hours are just as short as the counter hours. Rather ridiculous in 2025 for the lobby to not be open at least until 6pm. Allow people to get home from work and run by the post office. Troy post office just down the street had longer lobby hours. May just have to move.

What a night and day difference between UPS and USPS. Sadly, I had no choice but to use USPS because the items I was returning had a prepaid label through the United States Postal Service. Not only do you need your own package, but even the tape I had to buy my own tape to tape the package. The crazy thing is, UPS all they ask is how you want to ship it and then they use their own tape to tape my package without requiring me to buy a tape just to seal the box.

It's a very tiny post office but they are super helpful and nice. If you have something important to ship it's worth coming to.

It's been a month since the last reviewer pointed out their hours are incorrect. They are still incorrect. Closed on Sunday. This place is not paying attention. Get it together folks.

Faster than all other post offices for counter services. I drive 15 min out of my way to go here over the post office in my city. Doing so is faster overall.

These people lied to my father and said he needed a street address for General delivery. This is NOT TRUE it even says it on the post office website. Now he has to repay and resend it and this package was 2 day shipping vital.I would not take shipping advice from these people, check the website and if they refuse show them the website or get their names and report them.
