Poor customer service for Veterans. Incompetent male manager just parroting not listening. (Men shouldn't do this..its more of a feminine trait) Incompetent managers normally hire in their likeness so the other female there with the squeaky voice isn't any help as well. How are you instructing me on a site you haven't even been on to find the Veterans reward program. Just poor customer service all around at this location.
