Really upset honestly, really loved the work they did but I was told they used a permanent color and I’ve only washed my hair twice with cold water and the red I got is already ashy and almost pink. My roots were left my natural color which isn’t great cause my bangs are blonde right now. Just really upset to be honest.

It would be nice if they actually had a useful website. Can’t make appointments online. no list nor prices of the services they offer. Very little, vague details; beside the basics of a phone number, address, hours of operation. - in addition they have a weather section, a map for directions, and “latest feedback” reviews.I don’t see the point of finding it necessary to re-list the above information a second time on your website when google already conveniently provides this information, including local weather when searching for local businesses. That’s beyond me.To avoid repetitive information, there should be more detailed organization that offers easily accessible sections of the services your business offers, prices, most definitely the ability to book appts. online, and an option to choose a preferred stylist. They list amenities on their site and mention “appointments recommended” under “planning” but again, no option to book online.This makes it difficult for those who have little to no transportation that need to shop around for prices, those who work around a tight/strict schedule, those who are deaf/hard of hearing, those who carry only cash on them nowadays & need an estimate of the service(s) they’re looking for in order to make sure they have enough money before arriving to their appt. I’m sure the list goes on for many. The weekends & holidays are when most people have the time to make appointments, for their needs. What about the days your closed? People have to answer to a voice message? Yikes.I’d strongly recommend re-vamping your website. A well defined website should stand out to customers, because it is ultimately the face of your company. With technology advancing, there are several local competitors who are up to par on these aspects, making it easier, and more convenient for their customers. Communication is key.
