11.09.20: While I'm now living in Grand Rapids (rather than 50-miles South in Richland!) I'm "on the verge" of using a local shop. I say "on the verge" because our family has been under a great deal of stress since moving to Southwest Michigan - and as a result has used SMAB more times than I can count! Having "grown-up" in a small Nissan Dealership in Northern NJ from the late '70's to early '80's, I've done Auto Body myself, and KNOW excellent work when I see it. SMAB's work exceeds that of Advanced Automotive, in Paterson, NJ - and to an individual who's been around frequently enough to know, SMAB is up there with the "Best of the Best."

We've taken multiple cars to Southern Michigan auto body and they've done a wonderful job. One of them we had issues with the insurance company. Greg helped out with the issues and really puts the customers first. If we have any misfortunate mishaps I will not hesitate to take my car to Southern Michigan auto body vs any other auto body shop in Battle Creek or Kalamazoo.
