Very friendly and helpful staff. I was greeted with a nice hello. I then went to ask about a product. The two gentlemen discussed where it might be, and one of them stopped his work, and took me over and we found it together. That's fantastic customer service.

Nice hardware store. They were the only ones that had what I wanted in stock so I had to make the trip out there. A wonderful little store, but unfortunately I couldn’t really shop in peace.I had to get out of that place very fast. One of the employees was very sick, coughing and sneezing openly throughout the store. I was trapped in the back trying to avoid him.

I haven't been shopping at this ACE hardware store much over the last couple of years because their prices are always inflated over what you would expect to pay or would typically pay at Warren Pipe /ACE in Fraser. My experience yesterday just understored why I seldom shop there. I was in the middle of a project and needed a roller pad for my 3" paint roller, Stones is close so I went there and with the help from their staff, who iare always helpful, I found a 2-pack. Being in a rush I took it to the checkout counter and pulled out $5, LOL, the final price was $12.60! WTF! I absently-mindedly paid for the 2-pack and it didn't hit me until I was back in my car that I just got royally screwed! I was about to go back and return my purchase but I'm in a hurry, right? So I returned home, finished my project and vowed NEVER to shop at Melvin's ACE stores again.

This Ace hardware is a little further away than than two others but it is by far the best of the three. Well stocked. Super clean. Nicely organized. Knowledgeable employees. Found everything we were looking for (and more!).
