This place is a complete joke! I needed a new LED bulb for the front driver's side headlight of my 2016 Colorado Truck. I told the employee that I needed a LED headlight bulb, but wasn't sure of the model number due to it not being factory. This employee tried to tell me I DIDN'T have LED bulbs. After 30 minutes of him trying to even take out the bulb, he found it WAS a LED bulb. After I purchased what he said was the correct bulb, I told him I would go to an actual shop to have them installed. I said this mainly because I had already spent 45 minutes there and it was obvious this employee did NOT know what he was doing. After going to a PROFESSIONAL Shop, they informed me I was sold the WRONG model number!!! A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Awesome! They are the only parts store that had my transmission pan in stoc for my Mean Green 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier Coupe! The Dorman Brand which included a factory drilled and tapped and installed to a non-leaking torque spec! (Which GM in their penny wise and dollar foolish design omitted!) Autozone rocked my day in a beautiful way. Thank you Autozone for coming thru right when I needed it. Oh and by the way the OEM part had to be ordered no matter where I tryed to get it and wait days for double the price!

I called first, could tell they were very busy on the phone but Mo was awesome and answered all my questions about the LED headlight bulbs I wanted. I had to call a second time to ask them to hold the parts I needed and again I got Mo on the phone who was still patient with me even though I could still tell they were very busy. Went in to pick up and Dario took care of me. He was very nice and helpful too! I own a motorcycle dealership with a parts department so I do at least know what it’s like to get those phone calls while you’re slammed in store. Thanks Mo (if you’re not a manager you should be!) and Dario thank you for helping out when I picked up! I would go out of my way to go to this location.
