Didn't get his name but the dude working there Wednesday afternoon was very helpful. Had a cracked screen and needed to upgrade, he brought out a good phone in my price range and activated it, half off on the phone, case and screen protector for my situation. Talked me through all the options, and was just very friendly. Good experience.
