Such a nice helpful young man. He answered all of our questions and took the time to actually explain rates, none of that ridiculous Rocket loan nonsense. It's unimaginable that anyone could be lured in by a phone app to get a home loan ( I almost did until I decided to deal with someone who could look me in the eye) obviously if you want a phone jockey and not personal service go with the iPhone app. I've never felt better about my experience than when I dealt with Mr. Silver who truly makes you feel like gold.

I was originally referred to Rocket Mortgage, what a JOKE. Mr. Silver should really be named MR. GOLD- because he treats everyone like they are solid gold. He returns calls, takes his time and makes certain you feel like you understand the process.

Chuck jumped through hoops to help our family out. We had a unique problem involving an ex spouse. We cannot thank him enough for his help and understanding of our situation that required a quick turnaround. I would definitely recommend him.
