The young female clerk has terrible customer service, arguing with the customer over price just because the older gentleman questioned it. Is unacceptable. She should of closed her register and gone back and checked the price, or send her manger. Then afterwards she complained about it to the next four customers. I watched her in disgust. I'll shop somewhere else.

Employees are poorly trained, and thru no fault of their own. It's the manager's responsibility to do so. Stopped in to drop off 2 Fed Ex packages. The guy behind the counter didn't even know they accepted Fed Ex packages. The other employee said only the manager knows how to scan the packages, and that they were never trained how to. Crazy! Don't bother to come here unless you like being frustrated. Not sure how Dollar General even stays in business! Went to the Dollar General in Tecumseh to drop off my packages and didn't have any issues at all!

This dollar general is also price gouging. I paid way more at the register than what was marked on the shelves. This whole company needs to be shut down for good. Take photos of the prices on the shelves before you check out!!

Jen is one of the best cashiers there she is really on top of her job polite courteous and willing to help you.The other employees there seem to do their jobs would have to say this store is one of the cleanest I've seen by far.great job Clinton store employees would definitely return there in the future.

Three times in the last four months I've had scanner overcharges. The first they refunded the difference without paying the penalty required by Michigan law. The second, both my items were wrong, and I walked out. Today was the third, and the cashier had no idea what to do and pulled the store manual. I left to avoid shutting down the line while the manager walked her through the procedure. TAKE PICTURES OF THE SHELF PRICES, KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. Read the Michigan Shopper Reform and Modernization Act and hold these people accountable to Michigan law.

I may be biased since I'm the new store manager. I took over on 420...I *think* I've made a positive impact. Google reviews are cool but doing the survey on your receipt is what helps me. STUBS was here haha

Went to store after 8 and staff was just getting there. She said it would be 20 minutes before I could buy anything. This is my 2nd bad experience w this staff. Will find somewhere else to shop.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This store is absolutely ridiculous since it reopened and changed everything, there are always carts and stuff in the way if you want to look at anything you have to move stuff yourself jist to shop!!! Very poorly done
