Absolutely garbage they were called at 8:00 am it is now going on 2:30 and no one came to pick up the car no follow up no late msg and when you call to ask where are they they cancel the trip. When do they plan on arriving when the mechanic closes??? Garbage

They came within a half hour picking up my vehicle after the second company it was a 3-hour delay and then they closed it out these guys are top notch you need your car towed call them they're the best the driver was very good too by the way

Don't waste your time with Elite Road service and recovery. I scheduled them to pick up a piece of equipment to transport from my customers facility to my shop. 4 people came in 2 hours early at 5AM to facilitate the move and the truck never showed. I called them at 5:45 AM to see where the truck was and was told the office manager would call me at 6AM when she arrived for the day. I had to call back at 6:20 AM to find out what was up just to find out it was never scheduled. The girl who answers the phone seems clueless and was zero help and wasn't the least bit concerned. 9-20-24

I sat on the side of the road for 3.5 hours waiting for towing through progressive insurance. They kept giving me reasons for delay. Got in touch with this company, Elite Service, and they were there within 15 minutes. My driver's was Adel, he had me at the dealership in 15 minutes and was great. Highly recommend. Especially Adel.

Have used Elite on several occasions. Great response time and everyone I have talk to always has been professional. My car broke down one time and I called. The owner answered and said it would be 2 hrs. He called me back 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. He left a family function and gave me a tow. That right there showed me what kind of company this is. Only company I will ever use. Highly recommend this company.

They were amazing , we were stranded at 1am and they came right away and were Soo helpful and towed my vehicle where it needed to be, no issues. I would highly recommend then for your needs.

The few times I needed a tow I called Elite road service they showed up quick & took care of my car & the tow driver knew how to secure the car without damages.They also work with your insurance & if you don't have tow insurance the price is reasonable so no worries. Thanks Elite road service

I had the opportunity to utilize Elite Road Service and the Mechanic they sent to help w/our van was named Jeff K. He was thorough, friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the van and what was causing the power steering to tighten up.
I wound recommend Jeff K. and the Elite Team to both family and friends and I already have.
