What a joke. Company says 'just toss it into a FedEx box'. First we had to go inside Walgreens, then had to wait 10 minutes for a clerk, then she needed my phone number and I was in the car so.husbsnd had to come out and get my number. Not an easy transaction at all. I'll stick with UPS and USPS thanks.

Terrible delivery agency. Not only did an employee mark my package as delivered, they also did not take my case into consideration. I understand it’s the holiday times, but why mark a package as delivered if it was not delivered. Very unprofessional. I was told I would get a call back on my case but nothing was done. I called customer service for the agent to say he can’t help me and I needed the local office to assist. Why waste my time and put me on hold if you knew you could not help me. I will be having my packages put in access points from now on since employees are too incompetent and dishonest to be trusted with very important packages.

It doesn't open at 7am. The store doesn't open till 8am on weekdays. Wasted my time showing up at 7am.
