Tried asking for help with a part I couldn't identify. First person kept saying they need a part number. Kept saying I don't have one just pictures and dimensions and I need help determining a part number. Went in circles, finally the CEO jumped on email and was worse. Not a good company. Misumi with identical first message helped me within a matter of minutes. Poor service and just excuses for poor service

Great company to work with. John and Bruce will jump through hurdles to help you. They have very competitive pricing, and baring some extreme circumstances they are never late. If something does slip, they let you know in advance.

Great company to work for. Unfortunate to see some negative customer reviews. What i see first hand is that Bill my boss handles customers with respect and class and Chris the plant manager is willing to bend over backwards to make quality parts and meet deadlines. I run the water jet and weld for Freer tool and am proud to be an employee here, hopefully for many years to come. They take good care of there guys and have nice facilities to work in. We make excellent products and go the extra mile to satisfy customers. Don't believe me? Call John for a quote and me and Bill will get right on it. Everytime.

Unfortunately I ordered online. It was the wrong parts. They say I need They to pay return shipping but only will return 50% because of a restocking fee. Come on guys your customer service can definitely be better. I will not be continuing my business with them. Wrote on 12/19/2020. Merry Christmas jerks

My husband purchased a welding table from this company they advertise it as a black hardened table. That would arrive "unbranded". The table he received is branded Yahanda and the table is not black. Overall the table is not hardened like Siegmund or bluco. It will dent and not stay flat overtime. Siegmund is much harder and can be hit with a 1" piece of steel on the edge and not dent.

Still dealing with the welding table I purchased from freer tools. Freer advertises a hardened black nitrate surface depicted in their website pictures. The table I received is a silver finish not black. Now I am having to fight it in PayPal. These tables scratch easily and dent easy compared to my Siegmund welding table with a Black Nitrate finish. I would be afraid to drop any steel on this tables surface when fixturing it. You would end up gauging/ denting / scratching it and would have to repair it. Your better off saving your money and purchasing a table from Siegmund, Bluco, strong hold, pro28 by build pro. They also state on their website that you will receive a unbranded welding table what they will give you is engraved Yahanda "Chinese table." Very frustrating when you trust that someone is going to sell you what they advertise and they don't and you end up spending $500 hundred to have it shipped across country and now the hassle of trying to resolve the issue. After this post I noticed when walking past the two vertical angle clamps that they are not machined true 90 degrees. They are 600mm long the two next to each other there is a 1/8 + gap in the middle. Relying on these alone your work would be out of square. You buy these parts to eliminate the need for leveling and squaring your fixture. When you lay the two on top of each other you can see a gap. between the two machined surfaces. I want a black hardened nitrate table as depicted in images and an unbranded table as described in their listings. The table in the letterhead looks black to me just like the website states.

I cant even straighten a hook on a tape measure without creating a hook impression/dent in the table Very soft table not hardened. Your better off saving your money and purchasing a table from Siegmund or Blueco that are manufactured in Germany these are both strong hardened tables with a black nitrate finish. I currently own a Siegmund and I can beat a bent piece of steel with a 1lbs hammer and not place a single dent or impression on my table. Freer tools CEO is unwilling to help he wants to take 25% plus ding me for any damage and make me pay shipping both ways. I also ordered two vertical angle clamps. They are not machined true 90 degrees. They are 600mm long the two next to each other there is a 1/8 + gap in the middle. Relying on these alone your work would be out of square. You can see how the black angles contrast the silver table I received.
