Melissa was so amazing and she mentioned that Troll was the first to do the mix and match bracelets with the beads before pandora. Also, everything is custom and hand made. They are beautiful! “Love brighten. Have bought several purses, earrings and bracelets and charms. When I got home the earrings broke . Bought a purse, upon opening it the interior was obviously dirty. Called store. I was told no returns refunds or exchanges if product .I have not gone back to brightens.This has never happened anywhere else'.The staff was rude, she said I could call manager and she gave me manager phone number ..No return call.”

“Finally was able to get my husband to pick out a new wedding ring. My original 43 year old was missing prongs. Sandy was so great to work with, I picked out a ring guard and a solitaire. She recommended taking my stone from my original Wedding Band , which was a marquee and turning it sideways and putting it in to a Solitaire setting. The pricing she worked with me was fabulous. I really thought it was gonna cost us a lot more. I highly recommend going and seeing Sandy at Ati’s Jewelers, you won’t be disappointed! And top it all off she gave us a bottle of wine for purchasing a new ring who does that nowadays, they do!”
