The manger Heidi is absolutely amazing and makes every morning worth coming to our local Johnny’s. The second you walk through that door every staff member goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Morning crew and night crews keep it clean and tight. This location stands above. Thank you for bringing a smile to our faces and giving outstanding customer service.

So to clarify my previous post there was no mistake WHAT was in my cup, they fully knew what I had as I told them. They CHOSE to agregiously charge me. I don't care about compensation for $3, I care about good business practices. Which you do not practice.

So I have come here on my drive to work almost daily but today I was charged $5 for a biscuit and gravy that is $2 because I used the wrong cup. Really? Guess I just won't shop there if your going to be such a stickler for what cup I used. I guess in heind sight I should have just dumped it into your other cup and wasted both of them if you want to act like clowns. What a bunch of crooks.

Despite the sign on their door claiming the opposite, this location doesn't uphold the mask mandate and serves customers who walk in wearing no masks. Since we have numbers of positive cases spiking again, if you've been wearing a mask and taking precautions during the pandemic for the sake of your health or the health of any family members, you might want to stop off at a different location that's capable of asking a customer who ignores the mask mandate to leave.
