Cannot get my proper points when I do it myself I need a lot assistance but attendant struggled with transactiontoo.I notice you raise the price of gas when people have accumulated their fuel points and try to cash them in every 1st of the month ?

Understaffed and understocked. The few cashiers they do have are painfully slow and expect you to bag your own groceries. If you don't, I've actually witnessed them become visibly irritated.

I love this kroger location. This lady named Pamla was so nice to me And the line to get to the register was speedy and fast. I fully recommend this location and for Pamla to get a raise.

This is the worst Kroger I have been to. Selection is scant and picked over in the fruit section and it all looks old. Even the organic produce. Stood in self checkout line for 10 minutes got to the register scanned 5 items and all of the self checkout terminals went down at the same time. There were 7 of us waiting for assistance while the only person working was reviewing a bill for someone with a basket full to the top with groceries....should have been made to use a cashier. Waited 10 minutes and another person was made aware and she told who we believed to be person in charge (all white hair in an updo or ponytail). She never even looked in our direction and proceeded to go into the office behind the reflective mirror and shut the door. Well that did it. Never ever going back to this Kroger again.

This review isn’t for this gas station in particular it’s for all Kroger. I love that they let you earn points to get so many cents off a gallon but why jack up the prices of the gasoline just because they’re getting points off right now. Gas is around $3.30-$3.50 but at the Kroger gas stations they’re $3.70 all because they give so many cents off why even bother getting gas from Kroger. If they’re just gonna jack up their prices, it’s like you’re getting nothing off.

Do not under any circumstances buy any alcoholic products at any Kroger. They will take your license, scan your personal information into their computer rather than just check the date I'm 76 years old. There was no reason for them to do that. Don't buy your liquor at Kroger.

May 24, 2023 - Wednesday - HHD FTR = Review #430 This New Kroger Fuel Station has plenty of Gas Pumps, Bag Ice, Auto Grab & Go Snacks, Cold Beverages, Water, & Energy Drinks to keep a driver hydrated and back on the road quick! Photos attached too. It's located on Garfield Rd. At Canal Rd., and in the parking lot, naturally nearby the Kroger Grocery Store. Besides Fuel and Diesel, Cigarettes and Lottery Tickets are plenty. When in urgent need of Windshield Solvent or Antifreeze for a automobile maintenance, it's here. Photo attached. This location accepts Cash, Major Credit Cards and Kroger credit card as well. Redeem Kroger Fuel Reward Points at the end of month. Today I searched five different Kroger Fuel Stations and found this New location with the lowest price at $3.39 on my way with errands. This store is poorly stocked and isles are unorganized. Due dates are not rotated. I don't know what happened. Typically Kroger is so good about rotating their stock and I rarely see staff members anymore for assistance. This location just presents sort of frumpy for lack of a better word.

Ran in at 9:35 AM to do a quick return. The customer service desk was belted off so I went to the self check lane to ask if the desk was open. She greeted me with a YES??.... I asked and she said it doesn't open until 10:00. Maybe they're short on help like most businesses are these days, but still, not to have this important area of the store staffed seemed odd. I didn't want to wait 25 minutes to return a leaky jar, so I left. I do shop here on occasion for my mom who lives nearby, and there are items that they're frequently out of. The store seems more cramped than the newer ones in our area and the parking lot always seems packed. I'd much rather go elsewhere, since there are plenty more grocery stores around here to choose from.

Bottle return is never open. I can't ever connect to a customer service rep. Store is disgusting and their fruits usually have mold on them. Sad. Kroger used to be great but I'll be switching to meijer. Food is not fresh here ever. Floors are sticky and just gross and the employees will talk shit not only about the customers but about their co workers as well.

First time at this location. I did not realize how much prices on food had increased, so I appreciate the discount card I use every time. I found everything I needed except my guacamole chips.
