I took my car to Moran collision after an accident, And was greeted By the most professional and polite staff that you could imagine! They did a wonderful Job on my car and I am one hundred Percent Satisfied with the job that they had done on my vehicle! Moran Collision center is a den of theives who pray on people who have been in accidents I had one of the Representatives Call me and say that That I had Bad pads On my vehicle and by law they could not put my wheel Back on because they would be liable if something happened to me I have full coverage insurance.I was just in the accident And I wasn't feeling good at all.They told me That my insurance company would not pay for the pads and that I need to pay for them myself. Well I couldn't drive because they had my car. So I paid over the phone. They took my money. My brakes is not fixed.
They spoke to me very nasty. Very bad attitude.I would never, ever ever go back to them.And I would advise anyone to go elsewhere because like I said they are a den of thieves.

Rocky is the Man! Great customer service best experience possible in my opinion, great atmosphere and prompt quick service got my car back after 4 hours same day awesome experience. Lady at front desk is nice as well would recommend this place. 10/10

I’m a 69 year old man that had never been in an accident. My car was hit in a parking lot and I needed it repaired. Moran Collision is just a short distance from my house. My first contact was with Tom Barczak, the manager. He was extremely kind and friendly. He helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Then we set a date for repair but I needed a vehicle to get around. That’s when I met the office manager Theresa Herrod , a very pleasant lady who set me up with a new vehicle while mine was being repaired. Once it was repaired I had a few issues that I wasn’t satisfied with and that’s when I met the Shop Foreman, John Lloyd. He took care of everything that I needed. I’m very pleased with their care and kindness as well as the work that they did on my car. If I ever need there services again and I hope I don’t. I will not hesitate to use Moran Collision again.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all,funny enough my car got hit at a Hamlin pub parking lot by one of the sales guys at Moran Chevrolet wasn’t in my car wasn’t near my car apparently he didn’t see my car.the whole reason I went here was because this was a place my insurance company worked through and the guy who hit me was affiliated with Moran so if he had to pay for anything it would of been easier.not only did it take three weeks for parts to come in but it took another month by the time my car was ready to be picked up,their communication sucked,costumer service sucked,they constantly told me they were gonna call back and wouldn’t,and kept giving me the run around so I’m sure there were days my car was sitting there and nothing was getting done.i drive a ford fusion hybrid that gives me 42 miles to a gallon in gas and they gave me a Silverado turbo engine truck for a rental,mind you they said I’d only have it for two weeks which turned into a month it was beyond my budget and I paid a couple hundred in gas, I turned it in close to a completely full tank and they wouldn’t accept that even though it wasn’t my problem they made me leave and fill it even more as if 10 bucks more in gas made a big difference, I got my car back today and I’m not happy headlights don’t match so therefore it’s not perfect I expect perfection all it needed was a new bumper fender and headlight that job should of been a cake walk for them and shouldn’t of took as long as it did.if you don’t care about your car or how it looks take it here but for a collision place this is their job,i personally wouldn’t let anything leave my lot that wasn’t to my own standards if I wouldn’t drive it that way why would I allow my costumer to?,this is just a job for them and it shows.

I was involved in a hit and run and searched for a place to get the body work done and Moran was the best. They made such an inconvenient thing a better experience. Friendly staff, got an appointment timely, great communication, and they even detailed my car before giving it back! So happy with my experience here - I will sure be using Moran going forward.

Tom & Rocky... great people to work with. 2022 chevy traverse hit in parking lot. Moran did a fantastic job in and out in one week. Plus cleaning vehicle inside and out.

So impressed with the service here. I was given a brand new loaner, my car was finished very fast and my car was cleaned inside and out when returned. This process is usually an inconvenience but not here. I would tell anyone to use Moran Collision, A++++++

I bought my car from the Moran dealership so I thought that I would keep my business with a company that I trusted. My car needed front end body work as well as the driver side. Mind you, my car was under a year old when I was in the accident. They did a wonderful job! I can't even tell that there was any damage at all and my car was not drivable when it was towed in. Mitchell and Tom were very kind and professional and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They offered me a loner car while my car was being fixed. I didn't even need to take a loner because my car was fixed in no time! I hope that I never have to use them again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to go back! Great service! I would highly recommend Moran Collision!!!
