Needing a tow is rarely a stress-free situation, but Nick's Towing was AMAZING and made the entire process a breeze from start to finish! Showed up super quick along the side of I-94, and promptly towed me to my nearest dealership. Clean interior of the tow truck and offered a cash discount. Texted me my receipt before leaving the drop-off location. Highly recommend!

My Altanator took a shit and I had to get my care towed to a shop Zack was super chill fast and professional nicks towing is also the cheapest one around including hookup and too go 12 miles it was only 180 bucks I don’t live very close too them either I hope my car never goes down again but if it does I know who I’m going too lol

Car broke down off of I-94. I called my AAA insurance to tow my car back home. I walked to a safe area to wait for AAA. However Nick's Towing arbitrarily towed my car before AAA arrived and they're now charging exorbitant towing/storage fees. It took me 2 days to even figure out who towed my car and they told me $348 for the initial tow (!?!) and $38/day henceforth. Also worth noting that my car was towed in multiple violations of Michigan Vehicle Code Sec. 252a.
Also, older guy with grey hair at their front desk was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Quick and awesome service after an insurance-ordered company didn’t show up. Jacob was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have just called Nick's in the first place…you guys have been the best in town for decades.

Nick's was recommended and they did not disappoint. After waiting over 6 hours, the previous day, for AAA, only to have them never show up, Nick's came to the rescue and they arrived within 20 minutes. Thanks Nicks!!
