“I took my car in for a oil change and as always had a wonderful experience. Everyone at Phil's always goes above and beyond. The prices are fair and their work is impeccable. I sat in the nice clean waiting area with a hot cup of coffee while I waited a short time for my car. Thanks Phil's ?”

“I won't go anywhere else. They are great guys with great prices. You know, your job is getting done correctly. The owner is a really nice friendly guy, even though the cat is the big boss 🤣 ❤ But for real, great oil place. The best!!”

“Fred is the best. I will drive out of my way just for his services. He’s professional, honest and overall great. Doesn’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t actually need but does tell you what you need without being pushy. Which is why I’m a repeat customer.”

“Easy to make an appointment at, staff is friendly, waiting area is clean, and they were on time. I have zero complaints for what the place is. Also, they do go out of their way to let you know if any problems they might foresee, and how to get it fixed. We have been going here for several years now and will continue to.”

“HANK’s Auto was recommended to me to resolve an electrical issue on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade. Something was draining my battery within 24–48 hours, which was extremely frustrating. I had previously taken my truck to another shop that failed to fix the problem—despite charging me a hefty amount. I decided to give it one last shot and brought my truck to HANK’s. The 5-star reviews I saw on Google were absolutely accurate! The team was professional, communicative, and Autumn kept me updated throughout the process. Steve provided a fair estimate and diagnosed the issue quickly—no small feat, considering electrical problems on modern vehicles packed with electronics can be tricky. I rarely write reviews, but this experience deserves one. After more than a month, I can confidently say the issue is fixed. I let the truck sit for several days—NO battery drain! I not only recommend HANK’s Auto, but I’ll definitely return if any of my vehicles need service. Thank you, HANK’s!”
