“After being referred through my vehicle warranty company that Greatwater 360 Auto Care was one of my sellections, and after talking to Brian, the shop manager and visiting the shop which was only a 15 minute drive from my residence, I was overly pleased and confident that I was in good hands. What initially impressed me was how clean the shop was inside and out. Brian the shop manager and George, the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, were professional, nice and a joy to work with. What really impressed me is that they do a very detail analysis of what’s wrong with your vehicle to include photos. I have never visited a shop that goes completely out of their way to be transparent and attention to detail, when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing your vehicle. I will not hesitate in the future to bring my vehicle back for future repairs.”

“I pulled into fast track on my lunch break expecting a quick oil change and I’d be on my way, by my own stupidity I broke my valve stem, they rolled my tire over to the tire shop and fixed it free of charge, only charging me for the oil change(which was completed in 7 minutes), I was absolutely appalled and am so grateful for their kindness, while I was waiting on my tire they brought me a cold water bottle, and I was able to get that fixed with some time to spare on the rest of my lunch break, thank you to everyone in that shopServices: Tires”

“It was a really bad snowstorm and my driver's side windshield wiper snapped so I very low visibility while driving my truck home with my toddler. I stopped in and Nikolas & Kaden took excellent care of me by not only fixing my issue quickly, but they also gave me a %15 discount for being a nurse. I didn't even know about the discount, I had just mentioned that my blade snapped at work & they offered it to me. Oh, and my back passenger tire was low and they put air in it. They were very kind and considerate and I really appreciated it.”

“Recently took my Pontiac G6 into them with issues that frightened me, (no one likes car issues that sound expensive, like literal sounds lol), I picked the establishment on a whim because they are close to my job and had all 5-star reviews, and they were AMAZING!! My car was fixed extremely fast, they were the best communicators, professional and amazingly priced. this was the first time I felt at ease dropping my car off to a shop and not wanting to call every 5 minutes. He even took the time to explain what the issue was with the car and made it make sense in layman terms. Hopefully I don't have more car issues for a very long time, but if I do, I will absolutely take it back to them.”
