Absolutely Horrible! Order was over $30... Paid for a can of Pepsi and they tried to give me Diet Pepsi. Paid for a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and I have no idea what they gave me and it was a cup not a bowl. Paid for a pepperoni flatbread, and it was ice cold. For as much money as people spend at Panera, the employees should pay attention to detail! Of course, I should have expected this because when we got to the window, they assumed we were someone else. Stop with the drive thru pickup. We wasted 20 minutes to get our order - Never Again! Get your stuff in 1 sock Panera!

Two days in a row I have received orders that were wrong, one order was even missing items. If you are going to allow customers to customize their orders you need to pay attention to them and make their order correctly. Two days in a row I was unable to eat my food due to them putting items on my sandwich that I removed on the app when I ordered it. The manager I spoke with did refund my money and gave me a voucher should I want to come back. I believe that the employees need to be heal accountable and retrained if they are going to continue to mess up orders.

I Ordered through the Panera drive through at 7:15pm, the time on our receipt even said 7:15pm so tell me why I waited in the drive through until 7:48pm to get my food!!!! I ordered soup, a sandwich and a chi tea latte that they gave me less than half full & cold!! I come to this Panera regularly but not after this. Go to a different location.

I'm not a Panera Bread regular, in fact these "trendy" restaurants aren't something i frequent at all. This visit was at the invite of my daughter (the last time i was in a panera was over a year ago!)First off, maybe i'm old, maybe i'm old school, but i like speaking to people. walking in and having to place my order on a machine instead of interacting with a human being is just one way of the business saying, "we're too busy to bother with you".so we placed our order on the computer and walked over to get our drink cups like the sign said. we waited patiently while employees were to working the drive through. again, i'm old school so if employees were ignoring me i would have spoken up. However, another employee who was on his lunch got up to help us and apologize for our wait. i told him it was okay and i realized people were working. if i didn't thank him, i'm truely sorry, i was very greatful he gave up time on his lunch to help us.from there on, everything was stellar! the food was tasty and everything i saw in the location was immaculately clean.i give the location 3 stars for service, i wish i could give the guy that helped us 5 stars!!!one thing no google review offers is "Value". Panera bread is expensive for what you get. No matter how tasty it is, $10 for half a sandwich is a bit crazy (at least to me).

No kiosk pagers at kiosk. No attendants at register for as long as it took to wait 3 minutes then find them at the pickup window, no hot water for my tea in dining area, wrong soup with order, wrong bread on my tuna sandwich because “no bagels”, chicken noodle soup had 4 noodles in it. Employees working with their ourdoor coats on. 10% occupancy on diners so not busy at all at 2:30pm.

As a regular to Panera and deciding to try this location for the time, and that was a mistake. I arrived a few minutes early to my pickup time window, and got the message it was ready! I waited 15 minutes after i walked in being one of the only people and seeing only a couple cars in drive thru.I ordered 2 pick two orders. Both included Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwiches, one being modified, and both would come with a soup. The soup wasnt bad! It was warm, but both sandwiches came wrong...The modified sandwich included no red onion, that was all. Instead we we recieved additionally no crispy onions with no BBQ sauce and some leftover chicken to feed the cat. The regular Smokehouse sandwich came with one shred of chicken! A 4 piece nugget from mcdonalds had more chicken than these sandwiches.There is a reason the other hall road location is always busy... and its not luck

I came through the drive thru Tuesday morning 11/14. The lady working the drive thru window was rude and condescending. I’ve had much better experiences every single time I’ve come through. I don’t know if she is new but I’ve never had an issue with any other employees.

Horrible experience, I ordered 3 salads. 2 chicken Caesar and a Cobb. What I received was one Caesar with no chicken, Figi apple salad, and bowl of lettuce with avocado, feta, olives and egg with no dressing. What I received was nothing I ordered. I also did not receive any bread with my order either. Ther receipt was not attached to the bag. I called to address the problem and was hung up on twice. I called back between the right hours according to the voicemail and my call was not answered.
