Thank you for your help! We called for medicated shampoo for our dog and the customer service was excellent. Gave us a bunch of information and tips and we have been consistent with the shampoo and have noticed a lot of change in the color of my dog paws in the first 1-2 use. She wouldn’t stop biting and licking her paws to the point she was bleeding and nothing was working. But thanks to the wonderful employee here that helped us we are now getting her paws back to normal! Appreciate the help. 10/10

The owner of the shop was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Two of my K9-III’s weren’t working and he was able to replace the broken motors and the motor brushes within about an hour! I drove from Grand Rapids to get my dryers serviced here (because I don’t trust vacuum shops and this business knows what they’re doing!) and it was worth the drive and money!

Not a groomer, just needed a good slicker brush for my Mini Bernedoodle. The person who helped me seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. He recommend a certain brush and gave me informative tips on how to correctly brush my dog. I will return here for my grooming needs. Thanks for your help!

Absolutely love this place! Began following their journey when they first announced they were working on the place to open. I came here because the mobile sharpener I like is here monthly.I explored the products they had available. I usually order product online but I liked being able to smell the shampoos, conditioners and sprays before I buy.The gentleman that helped me was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.Definitely worth the drive.

I highly recommend PGS. More than once they have gone out of their way to help me, whether it’s with a quick shampoo order or fixing someone else’s repair on my K9II.They are very knowledgeable and now they have a GREAT FISHTANK!
