First time here, we came for new years with the kids. We over all were very happy with everything. The only issues we had were seating at first (they quickly resolved the problem), and other people in the arena. It's pretty dark and I got hit several times in the face with other people's guns by mistake turning corners too fast. Not sure if it is preventable too much just part of the game. Wish it was longer seeing as we drove pretty far to come. Staff was very kind polite and attentive. The facility is clean and kept up and the maze is truly a maze! Took me two games to find the upstairs. Also got help from a couple of guys from the other team on my first game because I didn't understand the gun uses. Thank you again green team!

Great Laser Tag, Poor Arcade, Cold Food.
We hosted a birthday party here, and the laser tag area was definitely the highlight—it was well-designed, and everyone had a lot of fun.
However, the arcade was disappointing; many of the games were outdated, mostly empty claw machines or just not worth the cost. On top of that, the staff felt a bit too pushy, tried multiple times rushing us to play the next round of laser tag making the experience feel more stressful than it needed to be.
The pizza included was Hungry Howies pizza. Loved this for the party, HOWEVER. We placed the pizza order right when we got there, they said it would take an hr to be delivered. We played a 15 minute game of laser tag, obviously the pizza wasn’t there yet. So we sat and waited in the party area to it to arrive. When they brought the pizza in it was COLD. NOT LUKEWARM. COLD.
Very disappointing since we specifically didn’t play another game and waited to eat so the pizza was warm and fresh.
If you’re just looking for a great laser tag experience, this place delivers, but for an overall party venue, it could use improvement.

Terrible. Staff completely unsatisfactory had to leave mid match due to issues with players/ other people not part of mine n not able to be refunded after dropped over $200 only wanted money back for what didn't use and they can't even understand basic logic. Never again going here. Lazar tag or anywhere better!! Beware this can ruin anyone's lazar tag experience.

It would have been much more fun if one regular wasn't playing in every game.
He was mainly shooting the "auto gunturret killing orbs". Those were never explained to us.

I'm a little disappointed, yesterday I had my sons birthday party there ( this is like the 2nd or 3rd time doing so.) And this young boy who worked there was vary rude. Rest of the stuff was great. When we played our first game of laser tag I asked for my sons gun to be put on one hand shooting. Nope this kid question me and said no. My son is in ot and I wasn't sure if he was fine with the two handed. This is an Accommodation that this place has done for us every time we go and yet this time this young boy said no. So be preparative that kids working to be disrespected and ask personal information infount of everyone over an accommodation they have and told no. So my sons disability was put into question, and denied by an employee.

It’s a fun laser tag experience. I give three stars because this place seems to allow, literal toddlers, to run around with teenagers. It’s dangerous. The toddlers aren’t even given a vest to light up- so they are just running around in the dark calling out for mommy/daddy. Laser tag is about rough housing. It’s one thing that the parents lack common sense parenting skills, but it would be nice if the establishment helped prevent possible injuries. I can’t tell you the amount of times yesterday, my group of ten, tripped or ran over the toddlers. Very annoying.

My daughter had her birthday party there last night, and Revolution really went out of the way to make sure everything was fun, seamless, and not rushed. The price is unreal for the package and what's included, way better than some of those other megaplay places that end up costing $600+ for a mid-level experience. Our party attendant made sure we were taken care of the whole time, and she worked around our timing when it came to playing laser tag rounds and putting in time for pizza/cake/presents. They even went above and beyond when one of my daughter's balloons that she was in love with floated up to the ceiling and got a pole to get it down for her. Would recommend!
