“Visited this location and met Kristi, she introduced herself and stated she will be the property manager. Kristi was very helpful, professional, and addressed all my concerns. She was very friendly and wants to make an difference at this location. First impressions were 5 stars. The only other big item that needs addressed, is the entire property needs paved. You need to be very careful someone does not fall into the pot holes. Let us know if this is going to be addressed.

“My income has recently changed. I am a current renter with CubeSmart. Tabitha had listened to my finacial issues, and worked with me to be able to manage my needs for my rent payment in the future. She gave me options on what I could do to continue with storage at CubeSmart. One suggestion was to downsize to my items in a similar, but smaller unit. I was able to save money each month. I was able to transfer to a nearby unit, for a better monthly rent payment.
I would definitely recommend storage at CubeSmart, especially at the Harper/Clinton Township locations.
The managers care and help with issues that arise.
