U-Haul Moving & Storage of Clinton Township offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. The location is excellent, with a well-organized pickup and drop-off process, and the staff is professional and courteous. Customers have had positive experiences, describing the service as seamless and the inventory of rental vehicles and trailers as very large. The manager, Madison, is praised for her exceptional customer service, warmth, and dedication to exceeding expectations. She goes above and beyond to assist customers, anticipating their needs and providing helpful solutions. However, one customer has noted that the RV storage rates are increased annually without any changes in service, which they perceive as greed. Overall, U-Haul Moving & Storage of Clinton Township is a reliable and customer-focused business, with a standout manager who sets the tone for exceptional service.

I went for a tow dolly and unfortunately they did not have it (an earlier customer broke the trailer) but it was not their fault. Kelly and KB were a joy and helped fix the situation quickly. I would 10/10 come back even with this situation, especially when there is amazing help behind it!
