“I am grateful to be treated like a fur mom that actually knows that her pet is sick. Dr .Lisa listened to me, she was not offended because I do research and ask questions! Or share what I read. I am so thankful for her knowing that I’m just trying to get Lily well or relief. Something she has never had. I’m a nervous person and I was not turned into a company joke. Or treated like I imagine things. Or that I’m not telling the truth about their health. I am so pleased that Daisy instantly let Dr Lisa touch her. That is very unusual. And I see a light at the end of the tunnel for Lily. Thank you for listening and treating me well. And the staff Dr. Lisa has are so comfortable and genuine! They are all very humble and we are blessed to meet you all! Thank you.”

“Such a caring and kind vet office! From the ladies at the front desk, the vet techs, and Doctors.
My dog had an urgent matter, and they did their absolute best to fit us in as soon as possible. Bonus that we can call when we get in the parking lot and go straight into a room, as my dog is very reactive to other animals (and people?) vet tech Bree was so kind and really listened to what was going on. Dr. Hildebrand was so caring as well! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and made an entire treatment plan for my dogs needs so we could be prepared for procedures and costs.
The ladies at the front desk answered all of my questions and made sure to explain everything to me. They are so sweet, and funny!

“Amazing amazing place.
I brought a stray cat i had encountered here today, the cat had been hit by a car and was in bad shape and every other hospital I called told me to call animal control to euthanize it, but this place actually said we could bring him in.
They did check him over but his injuries were too bad and we had to euthanize him. The staff was incredibly sincere and kind to me and my brother who was very emotional even though they knew the cat was a stray. The empathy here was amazing and so were the doctors and nurses. Thank you for your help.”
“Fantastic experience. My dog was displaying an odd range of symptoms. Even though they are no longer an emergency hospital, they were able to fit her in on Mother's Day. The facility was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It really couldn't have been better.”

“Took my dog colt to the emergency this evening for a very fast spreading rash that developed over a 3 day period. From the time we showed up the team on staff was extremely helpful and comforting. Got him signed in and got us back into a room . They came in did a quick check on him and asked really good questions about colt. Dr Alex pollock diagnosed him and gave us steroids an antibiotic and Benydril type medicine. She was kind great with colt and myself. There main goal was making sure colt would get better. Thank u so much for the excellent service u gave my boy Colt”
