“I haven’t actually used Ronnie’s for service, but I got to see first hand, how amazing these guys are a month ago! I was driving down Vienna road when my car began to over heat. I didn’t want to leave it on the side of the road, so I went into Ronnie’s to see if I could park it until my brother came. The guys working came out and checked my car and told me it was my water pump, and helped me cool my engine down with water. (Mind you, they were closed at the time).Then the owner came over and sat with me until my ride came and offered to get my car towed to Tottens in Birch Run. The kindness I received from everyone working there made me want to cry. “My 15 year old permitted daughter was driving last night and was pulled over because my plate lights were burned out. I bought new bulbs today but did not have the tools to replace them before dark. I stopped in seeing he had 5 star reviews and asked if he could help me change the bulbs. Denny stopped what he was doing and spent 20 minutes outside in 19 degree temps and got them changed. My car is older and it was a bit of a struggle getting at the old bulbs. Denny (and his good buddy) were pleasant and friendly and helped me out so my daughter and I did not get pulled over again on my hour+ drive home to lapeer county tonight. Denny was my hero today and I genuinely appreciated his help.”

“My car recently broke down and I needed a new one ASAP. I called Randy Wise in Clio and spoke to Nick Orr. I gave him just a basic idea of what I was looking for, small SUV, AWD, good on bad roads and how much I could afford in payments. A short time later he called with exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. He didn’t try to pressure me into a more expensive car, he listened and found exactly what I wanted! Because I had no way to the dealership, he had someone come and pick me up and take me there to sign the papers then had my car delivered the next day. Nick went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a new car without the pressure I 1,000% recommend Nick Orr and Randy Wise. I bought my car sight unseen and didn’t drive it until it was delivered to me. I LOVE my new car! “The negative reviews here seem to be from people who don't understand things can turn into bigger jobs than estimated. Therefore, taking a longer time than planned or told. Maybe the job before you turned into a bigger job. They had me in and out faster then I expected. I told them what I wanted and they found it was something else that needed done, not what I thought. They could have taken advantage on my request but were upfront and honest. Great price, great work. Polite and courteous.”

“Would absolutely recommend Elliott Automotive! Mr. Elliott went out of his way to get me in right away to give me a diagnose on my vehicle, and then informed me that my vehicle had an extended warranty on the issues. Once he realized my car was 2,000 miles over the extended warranty, he called Simms and went to bat for me. He was able to get Simms to honor part of the extended warranty! He even (at no charge) put some oil in my vehicle when he felt my oil level was too low to safely drive. Wow what outstanding customer service! Will definitely be going back!!”

“On a Friday, we had gone to Bronners for our annual ornament trip. After leaving Frankenmuth, our tire pressure was low on our back tire. After refilling our pressure at 7-11 in Birch Run we were still losing pressure. We then discovered a screw in our 1month old tire. It was after 6 and most places were closed. We discovered Monro in Clio was open till 7. We made it over there and the tech immediately got to work. They fixed the tire without a charge. We are so thankful for their help. We got home to Canton safety. You are the best.”
