They are good at getting your vechile looked at as soon as they can. And are timely at getting your work done. Ive had a couple vechiles here a few times and they've done me right every time. “Hey all! Guess what?? I went to Speedy Lube in Mount Morris and received Top Tier treatment!!!! I went for a Full oil change and a fuel injection treatment (getting it ready for the winter). I was offered a choice of drinks( soda pop), and the staff is very friendly and informative and they “ WILL” take care of you! I got BLESSED on TODAY!! It’s Thursday so it isn’t busy!!!! Our car got the undivided attention that it needed!! Thanks guys!!!!!”

“Great family owned business. I was treated excellent, and they handled everything with ease, and pricing was very fair. Because they have a good reputation, they are extremely busy so I would get there when they open at 8AM, or maybe make arrangements to leave the vehicle the night before. I believe in supporting small businesses, and this place is great.”

“I was in a bind a looking for a shop near me that I could trust with some pretty hefty work on a car I got after mine was totaled, I reached out to this shop after seeing previous reviews. And I must say I agree, this shop is great. I brought the car in not knowing what to expect other than I needed some rear suspension and struts work done asap. They were able to get me in, allowed me to come into the shop to see what all they were replacing to ensure I was okay with the amount of work that would be done and he was able to get it in, worked and done for a great price and within a week. When most places couldn't guarantee I'd have it within a week. He even stayed a little later than shop hours some days to work on it so I could pick it up on a day the shop was closed. After getting my car back, it drives much better. A couple days after the work was completed I get a call saying there was a revision to some parts prices and I would be getting a refund for some of the parts. I was already happy with the price given, and then I get money back, it was not necessary and I really appreciate the honesty and giving me a call and check to refund it. To go even more above and beyond, when I was going to pick up the check for the refund, he topped off my mom's car tires with air at no charge. Overall a great experience and has made the whole anxious progress of getting major car repairs a non issue. I will be returning here for future car repairs.”

“By far, the best mechanic in Michigan. I will only trust Genuine Wrenches LLC with my vehicles because they do great work and stand by it. They care about their customers and don't take advantage like the big name shops do. They explain what needs to be done in a way I can understand and feel comfortable. I trust them 100% and it says a lot because I don't usually trust or care for auto repair shops.”

“These guys went above and beyond, fixed my daughter's vehicle. Her front bumper (plastic) was hanging down due to missing plugs that hold it up. (They kept falling out) So they fixed that for her and I don't think they even charged her for it. They are very fair in their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone anytime.”
