I've had nothing but great service, and honestly kindness at every visit here. After going to other Boost locations (and getting rude, incorrect service from others!) , I'm only doing things here now.

My husband and I were in there earlier looking to get a new phone service, thanks to Nate we got the hook up with great prices and tons of free stuff for trading in our old phones we had, highly recommend asking for Nate if you need help when stopping in, he's was the best! Also just want to add that everyone else that was working today were super nice and playful with our twins running around lol. 😊

Kylee has been so helpful twice over the past month figuring out my phone data issue and how to correct. Also took time on a busy day to transfer phone info to Ipad. I'm not tech smart and she knows what to do. Courteous, caring and efficient. Thank you so much. This is why I have been with Boost in Clio for at least 15 - 20 years and will continue. You should use their services.

I went there today and switched to boost and the young lady was not only beyond helpful to me so was so sweet to my daughter thank you for going above and beyond great customer service thanks again

At the beginning of June I got myself a new phone. The staff was so friendly and made my life so easy. Then I went back and bought 2 more phones for my kids last week. Again, service was top notch. And today when I stopped in with apps not working right, they dove in and helped tremendously!!! They went above and beyond and didn't make me feel stupid. I'm certain I was the one that screwed them up to begin with. I would highly recommend them!!!!

The girl named Kylie is wonderful. She saved my phone from a virus. I had clicked a wrong link and was scared my information would be stolen, she saved my phone. 5 stars...great customer service will come again!

Horrible experience. The owner or whatever she is is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She was talking to me and my husband with complete disrespect and would not let us talk and kept yelling at us, slamming stuff, and threatened to call the cops because we were supposed to get a refund and she was asking us what bank we use, what kind of card we have, and was making us feel so uncomfortable and basically refused to give us a refund until tomorrow whatever sense that makes. Will NEVER go back and hope anyone who does doesn't have this experience.
