Horrible experience. The owner or whatever she is is EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. She was talking to me and my husband with complete disrespect and would not let us talk and kept yelling at us, slamming stuff, and threatened to call the cops because we were supposed to get a refund and she was asking us what bank we use, what kind of card we have, and was making us feel so uncomfortable and basically refused to give us a refund until tomorrow whatever sense that makes. Will NEVER go back and hope anyone who does doesn't have this experience.

I went to this store not knowing what to expect. Jamie was wonderful!! She took my old phone..took care of everything for me! I thank her so much.Iwent from Verizon 167.00 a month to 50 a month.great customer service!

I love my boost store in Clio I can't say enough about Jamie the owner been with her for as long as I had a cell phone 17 years plus she so sweet and if she can solve your problem she would I take all my friends and family there she so good to my family love her there's problem she fixed for me when she doesn't have to I think she so kind and sometimes I think they is no way in this world I would do her job people are so rude sometimes it's hard for me not to say anything when I hear someone being so rude to her a little kindness goes a long way try it sometimes if she ever close this store I know I would no longer have a cellphone so thank you Jamie for just being you girl ?????

Workers don’t know what they’re doing and they make up their own rules and send customers away. Went to another boost store and had no problem getting my issue resolved. Thank you for losing my business

I came in having trouble with my new phone and I was greeted and helped by a very kind young lady with red hair. I believe her name was Kylie or something that started with a K. She helped me very quickly and sufficiently. x

The woman that's always there is always so rude she shouldn't even be in customer service. All around a bad attitude and then when I left I told her 2 have a good day and she didn't even bother to say anything. If you're ever looking for someone that has a bad attitude email me. :-)

This company stole 1050 dollars from me. They have not given the required service rendered, they block my emergency phone calls. They tell the lie that my data is low when I just paid it or we are working on the tower. All they can do is slap 29 bucks here and there. I have requested my cards be removed from my accounts and they still kept it in auto pay after I had told them I did not want them in auto that it was a one time payment. They stole money from my account for 6 months. I have called numerous times, spoken to two arrogantly rude managers one told me oh well and the other hung up on me refusing to settle anything. I also asked for a supervisor 3xs after and never was able to get one. They hang up constantly on me. I have filed a complaint with BBB and a fraud claim with my bank. I will be seeking to further escalate this to the FTC. They are frauding people on here and should be removed immediately so others don't fall prey to their predatory phone service scam of their so called auto pay which is not auto since you can't even remove your own card and will be charged even after you ask for it to be removed. Please be advised there are several complaints about their company committing such fraud. I have been a loyal customer for a decade and a half. I will be switching to a competitor over this fraud.
