We stopped in to open a new account didn’t think about needing an appointment and Josh was great he managed to take care of us explained everything and never made us feel like we were an inconvenience! Great job Josh!

RUDE RUDE RUDE bank tellers here the worse Chase has anywhere, I normally drive 30 minutes to davison instead of 10 minutes to clio JUST to avoid these people cause they treat you GREAT instead!! honestly can't wait til AI takes over your jobs and you ladies are homeless on the streets!

Always have trouble calling and cant get to personally talk to anyone. So I usually have to go into the bank to talk to someone. This time I needed to talk to someone as my wife recently passed. So I went to the bank to wait an hour just for them to say, can I get your contact info and she (Holly) will call you. So we made an appointment. She never called. So I returned back to the bank another day and she said maybe I can help you now, but after a few minutes cut me short because she had an appointment. So I made an appointment to return. I waited 30 minutes and I left. So why is it so hard to get decent service? The ladies who greet you and the tellers have been good and havent had issues, but I have had such a hard time getting decent service having to talk to someone. Why is that?

ATM is never available!!! Drive all the way out there for it to be shut down or broken. So disappointing thinking about switching banks.

Don't really care for their new policie of having $500 deposited every month or having $1200 in at all times to get and upcharge fee. Also the ladies in Clio can be rude and condescending.

I made an appointment to open up an account with Holly and arrive 10 mins before my appointment to then wait till time of appointment and be told that she was going to be a half hr or more till she could see me. What's the point of making an appointment if they can't keep it or why not call and let the customer know before they come in. This I'd extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My husband and I went to the Clio Chase Bank to get a cashiers check yesterday and had a few questions/concerns about the process. Mellissa N. was our teller and she was so helpful and made sure that we understood our options and the entire process. 5 stars to you Mellissa, thank you for your help and kindness, it is greatly appreciated.

Love my bank! Best service at I have ever experienced at a bank! I was greeted as soon as I walked in by Hollie, she was very sweet and helpful!! I felt like I had a lot of questions and she did not seem bothered at all, she was very eager to assist me. There needs to be more employees like this that are pleasant and actually takes the time with customers to help!!
