had an amazing experience at Clio Automall from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I left the lot. They made sure the car had the proper inspection, handled every detail with care, and made sure it was 100% ready to hit the road safely.
I drove my car all the way back home and I’m absolutely in love with it. The service was professional, friendly, and truly customer-focused. You can tell they really care about what they do and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Highly recommend Clieo Automall if you’re looking for quality vehicles and top-tier service!

I recently bought a 2016 f150 here and they really took care of me. From the first day to even days after I had already bought the truck, they made sure everything worked correctly and even went as far as taking the truck back into their shop if I noticed any flaws I wasn’t expecting. They fixed it up and gave it right back to me free of charge. I’d recommend this place to anyone buying a vehicle.

1 I had no aggression but Jim did 2 how can I drive it for you guys to look at it died out on me and had to get a new radiator an alternator. You guys only replaced the cover that sits above the radiator but yet zip tied the other and as I said to you the previous owner may not have reported the accident like they were supposed but that doesn't excuse you guys from not fixing it properly before selling it but also fixing the air bag sensor which is pretty important for SAFETY. My insurance has no claims as I don't drive like a moron and I'm the only who drives my car. You don't even have the miles right which is sad. My paperwork shows different millage on it so what is it jimbo are you lying or is the paperwork wrong? My car just got out of the shop and to find these issues out the front bumper would have to come off and the cover above the radiator which happen an that's how these issues were brought to my attention because you guy's aren't going to show that when someone is looking at buying a vehicle so how do you expect a customer to see that. You say aggression but yet you over talk while I explained what was found and that this is the 1st time anyone has done that kind of work in my engine bay. Trust me I definitely was trying to bring it to you but I broke down but I guess it's a good thing I broke down because you wouldn't of been honest or make it right and still let me drive off with a radiator that is cracked and zip tied and a broken air bag sensor. The state didn't get to see pictures but now when they get these pictures I'm sure they will change their mind. I have my receipts from the tie rods on the passenger side along with a statement from midas an 2 other mechanics and my insurance company an towing receipt Again I never knew of these issues with the radiator til this. BB will also be getting a call. You've shown you don't understand that my car broke down and had to get it towed so how the heck am I supposed to bring it to you? You were the one who came off with aggression both times I talked to you. You play as everyone else has aggression but you.You had your chance and you just want to play games. Was I mad dang right I was but I didn't come off they way you did. Not sure why it won't let me edit on my other review but here's this. I'm keeping the radiator just to cover my butt incase the state wants to see it physically. You'd be mad if someone hid issues on your car too. Everything from the right is pushed to the left so I'm not sure how you guy's missed that when going over the vehicle as the current mechanic was able to see it. The only work I've ever had done was brakes, tie rods, muffler, tires, and oil change the common stuff to keep up with but the tie rod on the right throws more because of the issue underneath. If would of know I had a cracked radiator this whole time I definitely would of not bought it but again that is not out in plain sight for the customer to see you literally have take off the front bumper and that cover above the radiator inorder to see it.Whoever changed the cover above the radiator definitely saw it which explains the zip ties. The state didn't have these pictures before or know of the radiator and especially the air bag sensor so guess we will see what Ms. Dana says with these pictures. Sad your ok with your guys not fixing an air bag sensor. You clearly didn't seem to understand that I couldn't bring my car as it broke down 2weeks after I talked to you and it had to sit in my barn for awhile until a professional mechanic could come work on it. Hope you kept my voicemail because I doubt Dana is gonna say I was disrespectful and aggressive. I had a little tone but I got right to the point of what was literally just found which was a issue I definitely didn't expect.

0 if I could. I was told by a mechanic that the reason my car keeps throwing tie rods is because the dent in the frame by sway arm area. Also just found out the radiator was only hooked on by zip ties and a couple bolts instead of all the bolt required. I was in the process of bringing the car for this place to look at as a Jim advised me to and was going to meet with me and my aunt but my car died out. It just got running and the place who currently worked on my car has sent pictures to me of the radiator and the air bag sensor was also broken. I was told by 3 mechanics that my front end is off and especially the front bumper and had alot of zip ties by thr light's on each side. It's clear the car was in an accident before I bought it from them. I left a message saying we can try to have a civil conversation or I will pass this on to the state and bb. Jim clearly didn't want to make it right and told me to not call there again. I'd advise you not shop here as they will sell you car's with cracked radiators and broken air bag sensors and not care about the danger that they put you in. Well Jim you can say I'm full of it but I have the proof not only from midas but 2 other mechanics who have worked on car's for over 20yrs. I have the radiator your guys zip tied instead of finding the actual bolts. That's putting someone into a dangerous vehicle. I'm submitting everything as he didnt even try to be civil as I was trying to let him know but he hung up. Again I've not been in a accident with this car so the parts show they were neglected over inspection. There's also a huge Crack in the radiator. I tried telling him the 1st time I spoke with him but he he didn't care and sarcastically called me sweetheart which is disgusting. You don't speak like that especially in sales. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY USED CAR LOT UNLESS FORD CHEVY DODGE OR TOYOTA INSTEAD OF SMALL ONES LIKE THIS OR FROM SOMEONE'S YARD WITH AN ACTUAL REAL MECHANIC. Again the pictures are of the zipped tied cracked radiator, broken air bag sensor, and the side view of the radiator. I was lucky to have 2 mechanics be honest and actually be mad about how clio auto mall let's a car like that be sold. It clearly caught their attention otherwise why would you zip tie a radiator and leave a broken air bag sensor.

Wonderful experience buying a car from Clio Auto Mall. My car is an actual dream and I love it so much! John and Jim helped me the whole way through and were completely honest from the beginning. They treat their customers with the upmost respect and care. They were clear with everything that came to financing my very own car, treating my fiancé and I like family throughout the entire process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for their next ride. Hands down the best dealership to get your next vehicle!

Just bought a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and let me tell you, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone i delt with from the owner to the GM to the salesman were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Any used car place that will sell you a vehicle with a warranty is great in my opinion. They stand by what they're selling and it gives me peace of mind knowing they will fix it if anything goes wrong. Thank you Clio Auto Mall! I will tell everyone to buy from you!
