They were in a great price range and super friendly. I was stranded after a belt broke. He even showed me where a pully caused the issue with my belt. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area that needs a tow!

Made a dumb choice and ran my EV out of charge 1 mile from the charger. Call got picked right up (even at 10PM on Valentine’s Day), truck showed up exactly when estimated, Mike was a friendly lifesaver and had no problem with such a silly short tow, price was more than reasonable! Absolutely 100% recommended!

My car was down and I had to call around for a tow company because my insurance wasn’t able to find anyone. I called a few places and a couple of them were rude and wanted me to wait until the next morning for it to get towed. I called this company and he was very nice and came right out.
After my car was hooked up my ride still wasn’t there and it was 10pm. I had my three daughters with me. It was cold and he offered to let them sit in his truck while waiting. We talked outside the truck the entire time and he was so very nice. Thank you so much. Very great company and reasonably priced.

Reliable, Fair Pricing, but most importantly, CLEAR expectations and communication. There's no 'oh... well, you didn't ask about "these" fees' trickery... or strict, limited, inconvenient hours for the retrieval of cars either. I cannot thank Mike enough for his kindness and generosity. Our car broke down, he came in a timely manner and took us back to Novi, Michigan. He knew we were exchanging cars and then heading back up north. He called us shortly afterwards and let us know if we were coming up US 23, that it was closed due to an accident and to avoid the area. Not many people would have done that.
