I'm sure the people their are friendly, but as a credit union co-op member, they sure aren't very friendly in reciprocating services! Fraud alert and decline on atm transactions, then a 10 day check hold on a sub $300 check..... There are many other wonderful credit unions with less hostile practices.

JA was absolutely amazing!
She was so kind and very knowledgeable.
I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and although it was a little timely what we were doing she was informative throughout the entire process. I’m glad I decided to go into the credit union instead of handling everything over the phone.
I am very pleased with the service I had today!

JA was serving the customer service desk at my lunch call DFCU on Linden road in Clio mi. She was very helpful, informative on banking subjects that would help me in the very near future. She is a wonderful asset to the DFCU community.
