Amazing group. Joanne was my preparer. Highly skilled and knowledgeable about tax prep. What I mostly enjoyed was the generosity and kindness I was shown. I have disabilities that make it difficult to get around. I was made to feel very welcomed. If you want an amazing experience go to clio office. You will get an all around complete service that no amount of money could ever buy. If the powers that be allow me another year I will definitely get my taxes done there. If you want the feeling of security in having your taxes done well plus the wonderful feeling of being pampered. Go to the Clio office. You will get a terrifically warm feeling when you leave. That is something that is becoming more and more rare these days. Wish I could bottle it and keep it. Thank you to everyone there.

H and R charged us $515.00 until we refused them to submit out taxes. for entering literally 3 amounts my husband is self employed, I had all receipts ready and all added up and Joan still refused to help us claim as much as we could. He can no longer work. So she knew this would be our last return and any chance of getting any money to help us. Thanks for nothing H and R

The clio location was super friendly, clean and professional. I had Joan as my tax expert who was extremely confident and skilled in her job. She explained each section and made sure I was getting the most out of my taxes. I use to use Turbo Tax but after my recent visit I'll be going back yearly for my taxes. Very pleased with how quick and easy Joan and the staff made my taxes.
