Menards is a store that receives mixed reviews from its customers, with many praising helpful staff but others noting significant drawbacks. Several reviews highlight exceptionally helpful and polite employees who go above and beyond, such as assisting very late at night to find specific items or pushing a customer's father in a disabled cart to the exit. Many customers state they love the store and have good experiences, appreciating the generally good prices and the 11% rebate program, even though the rebates are store credit. However, other experiences are less positive. Some customers report encountering lazy workers who argue with or show disrespect to shoppers. There are also complaints about store policies, such as requiring a receipt to reclaim lost, inexpensive items, which some find petty. A major repeated criticism advises against buying appliances from Menards, citing multiple failures with washers, stoves, and water heaters over a short period, leading to extra repair costs and frustration. While it remains a favorite place to shop for some, these issues with certain products and employee interactions are consistently noted.
Menards is excellent place to grab a barbecue grill a toy for your grandkids The only thing that is not like home Depot is that there's a lot of people there to help your needs out but at the end of the day they don't have experience of doing the job hands on experience but it's a great store it's a one shop all
